In the headmaster's office at the Erstadt Academy of Magic.
Aina looked over the request letter from the faculty.
「Request to Increase the number of teacher huh...」
The Erstadt Academy of Magic's teacher recruitment exam is a strict one.
There are many applicants every year, but most of them are rejected through the application process.
For example, if a student from the Erstadt Academy of Magic wants to become a teacher, he or she will fail the screening process if he or she has never been in an advanced class.

However, such strict selection criteria would lead to a shortage of teachers and, more importantly, people like Sharm who have no educational background will be dropped.
「I've heard that her classes have been very well received, and I'd like to see her continue as a teacher.」
Its the middle of a promotion exam right now.
Sharm will be busy proctoring the exams. I'll ask her if she's interested in becoming a teacher after the exams are over.
