In a word, the tea ceremony is the spiritual core of the tea culture, and the tea ceremony is also known as the incarnation of Taoist culture.

About the tea ceremony at the beginning of the origin of our country, and then to the West. It is a pity, however, that although our country has put forward the concept of "tea ceremony" very early, and has been constantly practicing and exploring in this field, and has achieved some achievements, it has not been able to develop this cause in the name of "tea ceremony" clearly, nor has it standardized the traditional tea ceremony.

On the other hand, our country's tea culture emphasizes spirit and light form, and some scholars think that the necessary ceremony is more important to the banner of tea ceremony. Although it is not clearly stipulated that one cannot call himself "tea ceremony" without a ceremony, but it cannot be called "Dao" because of the existence of tea.

If that was the case, the culture of the Way of Tea would seem to be more general, and eventually it would also be "Dao can be said, very good".

In view of this, our neighbour, the country that once plunged our country into a dark age, has always been committed to the development of the Way of Tea and to its continuous inheritance as the core of a nation's culture.

Nowadays, the so called "Way of Tea" referred to the kind of "Way of Tea", and many people had learned to pass on their teachings, such as the "Way of Tea" that Zhang Zhiyan had learned.

At that time, he saw that the small stove, known as the Chaoshan Furnace, was burning vigorously. The flames were blue in color, a color only the best of charcoal could produce.

And the water used to cook the tea, according to Ang Youyong, was also from one of the eight sights of the He River — — the mountain spring water on top of the Lu Zhou Pen Rack Mountain. He had specially ordered someone to bring it back for him, just so that Zhang Zhiyan could display her skills in the Way of Tea to her heart's content and cook a cup of tea for everyone.

Not long after that, the mountain spring water inside the jade book had already started to boil, letting out a gurgling sound. The faint mist also rose up and disappeared into the air.

Boiling water could have been much easier, whether it was an alcohol stove, a glass kettle, or an electric kettle. But in the tea ceremony, it was important to boil the spring water in the jade book with a fire so that the most perfect tea could be made.

Although the alcohol stove and electric kettle could boil water, they lacked some of its flavor, which was also known as the 'fireworks'.

Just as the water was being boiled in the Tidal Pot, Zhang Zhiyan took out a teaspoon from her teacup and placed it on the teacup. She then brought the tea leaves over and carefully introduced them to everyone, and after everyone had read and tasted them, she did not put them into the Purple Clay Pot s, but placed them aside. She then picked up the jade book and used the boiling mountain spring water to water the empty Purple Clay Pot.

After the pot was warmed, Zhang Zhiyan used a teaspoon to move the tea leaves into the Purple Clay Pot. Her movements were graceful and light, giving off a sense of elegance.

Afterwards, she poured the mountain spring water from the jade book into the Purple Clay Pot, and only stopped when the water was flowing into the pot. Then, she used two fingers to pick up the lid of the pot to remove the tea foam on the pot, and then used the boiling water to wash the tea foam on the pot.

Just then, Lin Xi did not enjoy Zhang Zhiyan's skill, but instead snorted. He felt a sweet fragrance in the air, and the smell was getting stronger and stronger, filling the entire quiet room.

It was the fragrance of the tea, and Lin Xi had never smelled the fragrance of the tea before, it was extremely ethereal and unfathomable. Just when he thought that the tea could be drunk, he didn't expect Zhang Zhiyan to pour out all the water in the teapot, calling it "tea washing". The purpose was to wash away the dust on the surface of the tea leaves, causing Lin Xi to wait for nothing.

It was not that Lin Xi had never seen anyone drink tea before, but he had never seen so much attention. In the past, when he saw Elder Shu brewing tea, he would grab a handful of tea leaves and place them in a cup. Afterwards, he would wash the tea water with hot water and drink it in a few minutes.

However, when he thought about how the other party was displaying his skills in the Way of Tea, he felt that there was a fundamental difference between him and the old and coarse tea leaves, so Lin Xi continued to patiently wait.

Following that, Zhang Zhiyan used the first tea to heat up the cup and then used two fingers to turn the body of the cup, allowing every part of the cup to be soaked by the tea, which was called "warm cup".

After the cup was warmed, Zhang Zhiyan covered the Purple Clay Pot's pot lid, and then poured boiling water over the pot body. Using a teacup, she placed the fragrant cup and tea-cup on the tea tray, and then poured the tea soup from the Purple Clay Pot into a fair cup, allowing everyone to taste the same color, fragrance, and taste of the tea. This was called "Jade Fluid back into the pot".

During this process, she nodded three times with the mouth of the Purple Clay Pot, using the method of "three phoenix nods" to show her respect to the guests, implying three bows to express her respect for the guests and their kindness.

She should have been next to the teacup, but she didn't expect to suddenly raise the teacup high, causing the tea to form a curve in the air as it flowed into the teacup. From a distance, one could still see the mist which was flowing through the tea in the air, causing the entire quiet room to once again fill up with the fragrance of the tea, which was several times stronger than before.

When the tea in the Purple Clay Pot pot was almost finished, she then poured the remaining tea in the pot into each teacup. Because these were the essences of the entire pot of tea, they should be divided evenly, thus she called them "Han Xin Bing".

Only then did he complete the demonstration of his tea ceremony.

Actually, there was still a missing link in the process, which was to pour the tea soup into the fragrant cup and then serve it as a guest. The guest then would pour the tea soup into the cup and comment on it. However, to put it bluntly, everyone present today was a coarse old man. They could drink tea and even praise it as delicious. However, to say that they were tasting tea was truly unsatisfactory. It seemed as if they were about to rush into a fight.

Zhang Zhiyan was clearly aware of this point, which was why she did not waste time in order to let everyone make a fool out of themselves.

The last thing he had to do was to make tea, and even though there was a lot of knowledge to make tea, but the people at the table did not seem to care about the ceremony, but Zhang Zhiyan did.

The first cup of tea was naturally given to Qin Yu, because he was not only a guest, but also an esteemed guest and was even Zhang Zhiyan's elder. It would not be an exaggeration to say that he was Lin Xi's and Ang Youyong's elder.

The second cup of tea that followed made Lin Xi a little surprised, because it was given to him as a toast, but that was also within reason. Because he was not only a guest, but also today's guest, he was naturally going to serve the second cup of tea.
