Ares City;

In a private booth of a bar, a young man in his mid-twenties is standing before a thirty-year-old young man and his 20-year-old younger brother alongside three guards who have a crocodile tattoo at the side of their necks.

All three of them wore suits and shades, standing like a statue with no emotions on their faces as if they are puppets.

The young man is currently shivering from top to bottom, thinking of his failure in the last mission, he carried out.

He is none other than Supreme Master while the two young men sitting before are the heirs of the most powerful Yakuza family of the Eastern Continent.

Despite being counterparts of the Mafia, they are considered weaker with the government controlling their activities quite a bit close.

Since casinos are banned in the Eastern Continent, their main income comes from either selling weapons or drugs.

Supreme Master explained everything from start to finish, leaving behind nothing for how everything went wrong in the hopes of getting spared.

After hearing him out, Takemoto Koji, the head of the Tojo clan pushed a silver card towards the young man. "As promised, this is your reward. 20 million Yuan."

"But, Sir, we weren't able to anything." The young man replied, refusing to take the money.

"If my brother is saying to take it, then, take it, you tactless fool…" The rich young master growled and threw the card towards him.

He was taken aback and caught it in reflex.

"Karasu-kun…" Takemoto called his grandson, and said, "he isn't our employee that you can talk like that…" Then, he glanced at Supreme Master, "regardless of everything, the task is being completed. Doesn't matter whether it's lucky. Results matter the most. You can sit and have a drink, by the way."

The young man waved his hands, "it's alright."

Takemoto shrugged his shoulders and continued, "this is your next mission. Merge all the guilds in the city but talk with that Time Traveler, first. You don't need to give any reason for him to suspect you. Prepare a good reason to convince him.

No matter what, East Ocean city should be in our hands. If you do it, the reward will be five times the previous amount."

"500 million credits?" Supreme Master gasped and then, nodded with excitement, "I understand. I will complete the task."

"Good, then. Get going." Takemoto nodded with a smile.

Just as Supreme Master turned around, he stopped him, "Oh! Wait a second. I forgot about something. Here's a piece of information for you.

In the upcoming update, contracts will be introduced in the game. Make sure you have abundant Appraisers with you."

"Contracts?" Supreme Master looked at him with a clueless expression.

"It means, one can't leave the guild without paying proper compensation. A new Vampire race will also be introduced. I'm not sure how many but the races going to have limited spots.

Things really going to get complicated in the game."

After thanking him, Supreme Master left the bar.

The younger brother then spoke, "Nii-san, do you really need to waste that much money on something trivial? And how can you be afraid of such one person? He was just…"

"Karasu…" Suddenly, Takemoto's face turned serious, "you brat, until when would you stop underestimating people. Didn't you get your ass kicked by Crimson Sun because you unnecessarily provoked him?

The fight with the Crimson guild is still going on because of that…"

The young brother mumbled as he looked away, "I'm not the one who provoked them. He provoked me by sheltering that traitor of Zebro… "

Takemoto then caught his shoulder from behind, "take this to your head clearly. It's been more than 200 years since our gang entered this business, and yet, neither the previous Emperors nor the Federation was able to touch us.

Do you know why?"

"Because we are awesome?" The younger brother naively replied, making Takemoto clenched his fist, controlling to not beat up this idiotic brother.

He took a deep breath and replied, "It is because we know how to survive. We know when to hide and when to attack. There's a reason our symbol is a crocodile. Unless the prey is in our water, we should have enough patience to hide and wait."

The foolish younger brother scratched his head, not getting his brother's point.

Hailey City Airport;

Aster and Wil sat across each other nearby a coffee shop, waiting for Silver, who was on his way.

After a long silence, Aster spoke as he read the message, "Young Master, Silver just dropped Lady Scarlet at home and board a taxi. He said he'll be here in 30 minutes."

Wil nodded in silence as he takes a sip while looking at his mobile phone.

"Young Master, about that, earlier…" As Aster was trying to say something, Wil spoke, "you don't need to explain. I know that you are following Silver's orders, right. But, I was still disappointed, Aster. After all, you work for me, not for Silver."

"I apologize, Young Master." Aster stood up from his seat and bowed, "I'm willing to accept any punishment."

"Yes. That is something you won't avoid. You will take responsibility for joining a scheme, behind my back, Aster." Wil raised his head and smiled, looking straight into his eyes. "if you want to earn my forgiveness…"

Aster gulped, and asked, "what should I do, Young Master. Please, order me." He bowed again, attracting a few passengers at the airport.

Taking a sip, Wil replied, "not here…"

11 hours later;

Leafway city Airport;

The flight landed and the three of them along with the five guards exited the airport.

The vehicle started to move with Silver and Wil sitting in the back, leaving behind Aster, who was being punished by reaching the apartment by foot, which is at least 30 km away from the airport.

"Silver, is the list ready?" Wil asked, all of a sudden.

"List?" At first, he was taken aback but then, as Wil clarified about the task he was given, a while ago, he replied, "Ah! The list for the game… It was done long ago."

He took a tablet out of his backpack and showed him the list, which was compiled by Storm.

"A total of 162 Elites from all the branches."

"Only 162?" Wil frowned in response as he expected at least 500 of them since they have branches in 28 cities with over 3500 staff.

Silver smiled bitterly, "Our standards for Elites is a lot higher and we should also leave half of the people."

"What about the ones that followed us, here?" Wil then asked about the boys from the Vulture group who were migrated to Ares City and Leafway city respectively.

"We have a total of 127 Elites from our Vulture group. 645 of them are separated into several batches and are transferred to different branches.

Currently, you can say our company is overflowing with staff, everywhere. Jordon isn't sure whether the company is going to generate huge profits at this rate."

"I know." Wil nodded his head, "I've taken that into consideration. How's it going with our Professional gamers?"

"Hmm, did you forgot? We already appointed Miss Long to oversee the company…" Silver reminded him.

"I see…" Wil stayed silent for a while as he almost forgot about this capable ex-secretary of Lu Hebei.

He suddenly gets an idea and said, "Inform Aster to visit Director Long Jing on the way and get the details in person."

"On the way? It's atleast 10 km away. Don't you think it's a bit too much of punishment?"

As Silver confronted him about it, Wil answered, "Silver, I give you the right to worry about my well-being but Aster doesn't have that right. He is my personal bodyguard whose job is to protect my life.

What if one day, both you and I become enemies for some reason?"

Silver was taken aback, "why would we become enemies. Young Master, I swore to…"

Wil quickly stopped him, "I'm just saying, what if. It's a hypothetical situation. Then, can I trust my life to such a person?"

Silver fell silent.

Wil continued, "it's not about right or wrong. You are right on your side and I'm right on mine. It's a matter of whose words have more weight for him."

After a long silence, he nodded, "I understand."

Wil then passed another series of commands, "There's something else you need to do. I need all of our boys from the Vulture group to migrate to Leafway city. Arrange their accommodations.

It might cause a little bit of commotion in the city council and the police department. So, have a talk with the city police commissioner and the Mayor. I don't want those foolish detectives to cause trouble over nothing…

In return, our boys will co-operate with the police in solving the cases if they ever needed help.

Oh, and also cut back the staff to half and tell Miss Long that I need SGC's branches in atleast 20 cities. It doesn't matter whether they are Elites or not. Transfer those who are willing to join me in the virtual world and double their salaries.

From now onwards, all of their salaries will be paid by SGC. Or should I say, Scarlet guild…

Finally, invite the Miyazaki family and General Cooper for a formal dinner. I should at least thank them in person. Ask them when they will be available to visit the city.

We should also discuss the details regarding engagement and alliance with Galaxy Net."

Silver just stared at him in a daze, wondering whether it's still the Young Master he knew all along. He wondered, how do a mere six weeks of living in a different environment changes a person this much.

It wasn't the first time he has seen the changes but after seeing him for 19 long years, it surprises him every time Wil takes a decision, whether it's regarding the game, engagement, taking over Heibei corp., saving his mother, or right now…

"Hmm, what's wrong?" Wil asked him, who was just staring at him in silence.

Silver shook his head, "Nothing."

One hour later;

Scarlet Apartments, Leafway City;

*Exhale*

"Home Sweet Home," Wil smiled as he returned to his apartment after a long flight.

Despite living here for only six weeks and don't have any attachments from his previous life, he felt like it is home for some reason.

Because of the eight-hour time difference, only a couple of hours has been passed and it's still evening.

Wil slept soundly until the next morning.

*Tring*Tring*

The alarm woke him up at sharp 5 A.M.

Having a toast and omelet as a quick breakfast, he inserted the chip into the capsule and then, entered to log in.

"Fuu…"

Pressing the login button, Wil let out a deep breath, "The foundation of my Empire has been built in the game. I don't have anything left to do in the outside world either.

Bran, Sierra, One, Magi, Wisdom Queen, Dream, Supreme Conqueror, Supreme Master, and so on… All of you had fun all along until now."

*Welcome to War Online*

A grin appeared on Wil as he appeared at the Mayor's Mansion, "But, it disappears soon. The era of Mafia is going to begin…"
