Elise asked one of the maids to direct the couple in one of the empty rooms of their house. Even though Dr. Lin wanted to talk privately with his wife but they are not in their own home for them to have that talk. He contemplated a little bit before deciding what he should do.
"No need, I will talk to my wife later after we get home so please let my wife do her work first. I will try to understand it as much as possible but if this really involves Ethan then please do understand that he was like a brother to me too so I care about him." Said Dr. Lin as he holds the hand of his wife stopping her from following the maid.
"I see. Then let's all go to that room now, he might be busy doing something on his laptop again." Elise stood up and walk together with her parents going in that direction. The couple then follows them walks towards the very last corner of their first floor where most of the rooms there were for the guest.
"What is he doing right now?" asked mother Aoki to one of the bodyguards who came out of the other room connected to the one Ethan is.
"He just finished changing his clothes after taking a bath. The female servant also went out to get his food too." Said the bodyguard.
"I see, then open the door it's his scheduled check-up with his doctor." The bodyguard only nodded when Elise asked him to open the door that is always locked. The female beta servant would only use the connecting door that is inside the room of the bodyguards. It is only the family of Ethan who can enter through the main door of his room that is why that door would always be a lock to avoid anyone knowing that Ethan is inside.
"Ethan…" Mother Aoki is the first one who enters the room as soon as the door opened. They all saw Ethan seated on the bed while caressing his baby bump which is now very visible even though he is just on his 4th month of pregnancy.
"What business do you have with me now Mrs. Aoki?" asked Ethan who didn't bother looking at his mother.
"Ethan…please don't be like that"
"mom stop, Ethan we have invited Dr. Jessica today for your check-up. We need to know how the baby is doing and if it is still healthy inside your belly." Said Elise.
"Hmn…oh.. so my sister who is faking her pregnancy is here. I wonder what would be the reaction of your mother-in-law if she discovers that you are not pregnant. I heard that she is the type of mother who wanted her sons to be married to an omega, but that didn't happen because of you. You might end up divorcing brother-in-law once they discover that I was the one who gave birth to their very first grandchild" said Ethan as he teasingly said those to his sister.
"They will never know about it cause I will never let that happen. If I have to lock you up here forever to keep that secret then I would do so."
"Elise! You cannot do that to your brother" said father Aoki.
"I am just giving my warning to him so Ethan you better behave or else you will regret it"
"I will behave for now for the sake of my child but I am also warning you, Elise, this child is mine. If you take him or her from me then I will make sure that you will regret everything that you did to me. That also includes your happy marriage would be gone as well and that would be your fault. So I am warning you, Elise, you will regret everything that you and your whole family did to me. Now let's get this over Dr. Jessica Lin so that you can all leave me alone." Said Ethan with a very sinister look in his eyes as he looks at his sister with so much anger.
Elise wanted to refute but was stopped by her father and signaled Dr. Jessica to start the check-up. Dr. Jessica then came inside the room while her husband was behind her following. When Dr. Lin came inside the room, he saw Ethan sitting in his bed with one of his foot shackled with a chain that is long enough for him to go around the whole room. It was only removed whenever he has to take a bath but during those times a bodyguard would be on guard by the door. Ethan can't escape through the bathroom window since it is also remodeled to have bars outside the bathroom. No one would be able to go in nor out of that window, what's more, Ethan is pregnant and with his baby bump he won't fit in even if the bars are wide enough for a person to go through.
"Ethan…it's you…" said Dr. Lin while his wife just goes ahead and prepare her stuff.
"hmp! looks like the guilty bird still feel so guilty making her ex-friend go through hell huh" Ethan said those things for Dr. Jessica to hear.
"I…Ethan, you are not my ex-friend…you are-"
"I see, so we are not friends good from the very start. Good thing that you clarify it to me"
"NO!, Ethan, you are my friend, and yes I do feel guilty making you suffer like this but…" Dr. Jessica looks at Elise and Mother Aoki making it seems like it was their fault and not hers.
"I don't care anymore. Dr. Lin, it has been a while are you also here to support your dear wife's betrayal?" Ethan looks at the still shock, Dr. Lin. He can see in the eyes of Dr. Lin that he was not aware of what his wife did to him.

I can roughly guess that Elise cannot give her dear husband a child that is why she made me sleep with Hideaki. Now that I am pregnant with his child, they lock me up here and all of this is your wife's fault."
"Ethan! we are still your family why are you saying Aoki family? Why are you distancing yourself from us? We are still your family and-" mother Aoki feels so hurt when she heard her son say those words.
"you stop being my family the very day that you locked me up here. So it is only right that I distance myself from all of you so better make sure that you will not show your faces in front of me without any certain reason. Dr. Jessica, start with your check-up now so that you can all leave me alone." Mother Aoki cannot say a thing after that. Dr. Jessica then started her check-up without waiting any further. She wanted to say something more and cry in front of her friend who is now considering her as her enemy. Dr. Jessica wanted to explain her side and make him understand that she didn't do anything but considering how Ethan was behaving anything that she says would be ignored.
