While the family members of Ethan were in the living room together with Dr. Melissa, Ethan was inside his room together with one of the newly hired maids or rather a helper during the delivery of Ethan. The Aoki family hired some people that will help Dr. Melissa when Ethan gives birth to the twins.
"Huuu…" Ethan felt another wave of contraction while he walks around his room with the help of the maid.
"You are doing great Dr. Ethan," said the maid who is holding Ethan as they walk around.
"Tia, did Lucas said anything about when he will arrive in the country?"
"He should be here already rather he might have arrived three days ago. Sir Daniel told me that they would be here a few days before you give birth, since I got here a week ago that I was able to inform them more about your current condition and the day that you are expected to give birth."
"I see, then once I gave birth to my babies, you had to make sure that no one would take them. Then we will leave tomorrow that way Elise won't be able to take them from me"

"Thank you," said Ethan as he finally sits down at the edge of his bed to rest. Tia was someone that was sent by Lucas to help Ethan escape the house of his parents after he gave birth. Knowing that it is very dangerous for the omega to leave while he is still pregnant that he had asked someone working in his family to help the omega.
Tia is actually a bodyguard working under the Smith Family, she is part of the organization that was built to protect the big business tycoon such as the Smith Family. Even though Tia is a beta, she was one of the best female bodyguards within the organization which makes her the best candidate to help out Ethan.

I am planning on sending one of my trusted aides who know about the medical field as well. She will also help you escape that place together with your children. He lives in an apartment together with another omega. It just so happened that a room next to them was empty and open for rent thus he rented that for three days. There he discovers that Ken, your lover is living there very lovingly with that omega. On the third day of his investigation, when he got out of the rented apartment he saw the two kissings and that concluded that he is indeed cheating on you" Lucas explained everything that he knew and when he looked at Ethan again he saw the omega who is now crying his heart out.
