She volunteered to be the one to give the food to the bodyguards while the rest of the staff ate their dinner. Since she was the one taking care of Ethan that she will naturally need to give his dinner as well thus they allowed her to be the one to give the meals of the bodyguards.
"Hello! Here is your dinner tonight" said Tia as she enters the room of the bodyguards. Those two betas would stay inside the room whenever it was already dinner. They will watch over Ethan by using the CCTV screens that were also in their room.
"Oh! Tia, what is tonight's dinner" asked one of the beta bodyguards.
"Not sure, I haven't seen it. anyway, the chef always makes delicious food even for the staff. I will go inside the room of Dr. Ethan to give his meal as well"
"alright, the door is open so you can just go inside while we also eat ours"
"ok! Bon appetite!" Tia then enters the room of Ethan who is waiting for her arrival. Ethan is actually getting ready for his escape but for that to happen they need to wait for a few more minutes to ensure that those bodyguards were asleep. Without them knowing Tia mix in some sleeping pills into their drink before she enters the room. Lucas gave her some strong sleeping pills that would make the person asleep for at least 6-8 hours at max.
"Did you give it to them?" asked Ethan
"Yes, Dr. Ethan. Right now all of the staff were eating their dinner also so we can leave the house as soon as those bodyguards fell asleep. I would just need to get the snacks that I prepared for the person guarding the main gate." Said Tia as she helps Ethan free from the foot shackles that is still in him.
"Good, does Lucas know we are coming?"
"Yes, both Mr. Lucas and Mr. Mikel were excited to see you, Dr. Ethan"
"I see, did you erase any information that is related to you here? Photos that might make them look for you in case they see you as a criminal?"
"You don't have to worry about that Dr. Ethan, all of it were already taken care of by Mr. Lucas's secretary. Also, any identification your family had was fake and I already burned the resume that I gave to them."
"what about the contract that they made you and the rest of the hired staff signed?"
"I already gave it to Mr. Lucas along with some other important details except about the location of Ms. Elise, I'm sorry but no matter where I look, I can't seem to find any information that would lead us to their location."
"hmp! one reason why they kept me here was for Elise to hide. She better make sure that she hides well or else I will make her regret every pain I had endured because of her."
"We are doing our best to look for them Dr. Ethan…*THUD*….hm? I think they are finally asleep." Tia went to look at the bodyguards that are still in their room eating dinner. Ethan on the other hand makes a note saying his last goodbye and threat to his family especially to Elise. "Dr. Ethan, Mr. Lucas wants to talk to you" Tia handed her phone to Ethan as she tells him who was on the other line. Ethan took the phone upon hearing that it was Lucas who was calling.

"I promise to do everything to find them but for now please Ethan, get out of there. It is torture for me to know that you are suffering so much in that house, I wanted to run there and take you away from those id**tic family of yours.”

Although some staff knew that she will be delivering the food of Ethan, they can just tell her name but not her surname. Thus even if she was classified as a criminal or kidnapper or whatever name they wanted to call her, they wouldn't be able to see her nor find any information regarding her.
All of the bodyguards of the Smith Family were trained to not tell their real surname no matter what or who asked them. There is a prepared or rather separate fake ID for all of them in case someone wanted to see it.. Also, they all know how to disguise themselves in a way that they won't be recognized once they remove their disguise.
