It was finally time for Ethan and Tia to leave as the ones guarding the room are now asleep. As soon they sip the drink that Tia had a spike, they immediately fell asleep and that became the go signal of the two to escape. Ethan stood up and just before he leave the room that he had stayed in for almost a year, he didn't feel any attached feeling to it since that very room was his prison.
"Dr. Ethan, are you ready?" asked Tia who help the omega hold the bag that he is carrying.
"Yes, let's go" answered Ethan who then walk out of the room, and there he saw the two betas who were guarding him for months.
The two then walk out of that room and as they walk along the corridor, they can both hear the loud laughter of the other staff that is currently eating their dinner. They continue to walk until they both reach the main entrance where Tia left the food that she will give to the guard that is at the gate. Usually, there are two guards but since she saw one of them eating together with the rest of the staff which made her conclude that there is only one who is on duty.
"Dr. Ethan, once I give you the signal please go out of the gate," said Tia who then pass the bag of Ethan back to him while she carries the food.
"Alright…wait, Tia, there are people outside, over there" Ethan notice some people near the gate and that made him nervous about getting caught and be lock up again.
"Don't worry Dr. Ethan, those are my subordinates whom Mr. Lucas asked to pick us up once we are out of the gate."
"But won't the guard notice?"
"Don't worry, I am carrying something that would make that guard sleep for a little bit unlike the ones that I gave to those two betas, this one is much lighter and he can wake up once someone pushes him hard. Plus it is already night and his buddy won't notice that he was drugged."
"I see…"
"well, then I will go to him now so please wait for my signal" Ethan nodded after hearing what Tia said. As soon as she saw the nod of Ethan, she approaches the guard and with a friendly smile, she gave the food that she was carrying.
Ethan can see from where he is standing the friendly conversation between Tia and the guard. And with the right timing, Tia gave the drink in which she had spike with a sleeping pill, and with just a few minutes the guard fell on the side. At that exact moment, Tia gave a go signal to Ethan who then walk towards the gate and finally escape the family house of his parents. Tia on the other hand needs to make sure that no traces of their escape would be visible. She even erases the CCTV footage that has the records of all the happenings by the gate, Tia knows that her subordinates would meet the omega and guide him back to the house that is now owned by Lucas.

As soon as Ethan was out of the gate, the people that he saw a while ago approach him and told him to follow them. At first, he didn't want to leave Tia behind but one of the men in black told him that Tia will follow after he made sure that everything is fine and that Lucas was waiting for him to arrive. Upon hearing the name of Lucas, Ethan then walks together with the men in black towards the house next door.
"ETHAN! Finally…finally I meet you…are you alright? Are you hurt anywhere else? Are you hungry? Do you want to eat?" Lucas bombarded Ethan with a lot of questions as soon as he saw him. The alpha hugs him as he shouted the name of the omega that he had been longing for. He couldn't contain his excitement and worry when he saw how thin the omega became.
"brother, HAHAHA one question at a time will you, give Ethan time to answer your questions," said Michel who was standing behind Lucas as they wait for Ethan to arrive.
"Lu…cas?...*sniff* You..you are real right? I'm really out of that room right? *sniff*" asked Ethan as he began to cry while he holds the hands of Lucas confirming that the man in front of him is the Alpha who had been making him feel comfortable.
"Ethan…Yes, yes you are out of that place. You are now in my arms and I am real, so as Michel and the rest of the people here. You are now safe Ethan so don't cry anymore" Lucas caresses the hand of Ethan while his other hand wipes the tears of the omega.
"hmn…thank you…" after saying his thanks, Ethan suddenly collapses and loses consciousness. Apparently, he hasn't slept properly for days even after Tia started taking care of him until the day they left that house.
"ETHAN! ETHAN! Michel! Call Dr. Inoue to my room now!" shouted the very panicky Lucas who lifted the body of Ethan and rush towards his room where he places the omega in his bed. He remove Ethan's shoes and made sure that the omega is in a comfortable position while they wait for the arrival of Dr. Inoue.
Dr. Inoue is one of the family doctors of the Smith Family particularly the personal doctor of Lucas. Aside from being the personal doctor of Lucas, the two of them were also friends. They met due to an accident that happened to Lucas, he met Dr. Inoue who was introduced by the very family doctor of the Smith Family which is also the Director of Elite A Hospital where both Dr. Inoue and Dr. Kimura were working.
"BROTHER! Here's Dr. Inoue!" shouted Michel while he rushes inside the room of his brother pulling the out-of-breath Dr. Inoue with him.
"Michel, you can just tell me to run with you but not pull me as you run you know," said the very tired Dr. Inoue. The two of them came from the backyard since Dr. Inoue was talking with Dr. Kimura over the phone when suddenly Michel rushes to him and pulled him towards the house.
"Inoue, you can smack my brother later but first you need to check on Ethan. He suddenly collapse a while ago" said Lucas as he moves away from the bed to let the doctor do his work.
"Ethan? wait, is that Dr. Ethan Aoki? What is he doing here?"
"I'll explain it to you later but for now, check on him first. I want to know why he suddenly lost consciousness!"
"Alright, alright…I will check on him now so calm down Lucas." Dr. Inoue then started to check on Ethan and while he was doing his job, Lucas started to walk around the room which made the other people there shock by the sudden actions of the alpha.
Mikel started to blink a lot of times seeing the always compose older brother of his get so anxious all because of the omega who collapse in front of him. It is the first time for him to see this side of his brother and for some reason, it's very weird for him. Even if their company had some life and death crisis, Lucas was never like that but rather he has a way to solve those problems without getting anxious.
"Brother, would you please calm down! and stop walking, You walking around like that is making me dizzy you know, more so Dr. Inoue who is doing his job." Said Mikel which made his brother stop and look at him with an angry look.
"Shut up Mikel! Inoue, how is Ethan doing? Is he alright? What happened to him? Why did he suddenly collapse? Is he going to wake up soon?" asked Lucas
"*sigh* Seems like you suddenly got a habit of asking a lot of questions in one go, Lucas. Anyway, Dr. Aoki is alright, he is experiencing fatigue and lack of sleep. I need to know everything that happened to him so that I would be able to give a proper medication. But for now, I will give him an IV drip that way his body would still accumulate nutrition even though he is unconscious" said Dr. Inoue.
"I see, Mikel did Tia arrived yet?"
"Yes, she is currently waiting outside this room"
"Direct her to the room next door and there you two should explain everything to Inoue. Make sure to not miss even a single detail of what really happened to Ethan, do you understand?"
"Yes, brother" Answered Mikel. He only needs to wait for Dr. Inoue to finish administering the IV drip to Ethan before leaving the room with him. Aside from the four of them, there is one more guy that is with them inside the room. And that guy is Daniel, the personal assistant of Lucas who follows him around making sure that he would be there whenever Lucas needed him to do something. Upon hearing the words of Lucas, he immediately went out of the room to inform Tia about it. He might not be the one whom the alpha asked to do the task but as his personal assistant, he needed to be one step advance than anyone else.
