"..." While Kang Shuchun was looking to kill Ye Meixiu for that, the other person in the picture was driving home. But the smile before as he talked to Ye Meixiu was gone. His face was a stone statue throughout the rest of the ride.
And when he arrived in front of the mansion,
"Welcome back, young master." Elder Wu was the one who greeted him.
"..." But Lu Chen didn't respond.
"Young master?"
"Huh?!" Lu Chen snapped out of it as he asked, "Sorry about that, Elder Wu. What do you need from me?"

"I see. Sorry about that." Lu Chen didn't say anything as he walked to his room. But Zhang Wenling spotted him,
"Xiao Chen, come here. Do you want some cake and tea?"
"Huh? Sure." Lu Chen walked into the living room. His family was sitting there.
"Little brother, you look good today. Did you go out somewhere?" Lu Aotian smiled as he asked Lu Chen. Lu Chen was still dressed up and looked handsome.
Zhang Wenling wanted to say the same thing too. Did Xiao Chen go on a date? She was wondering. Does that mean all the effort I've gone through was for nothing?!
But Lu Chen quickly grabbed a tea cup and gulped it down in one move!

"Did you guys tie the knot or something?! Lu Hao quickly asked. There was no way in hell something small happened. His little brother was a calm and collected type.
But this man in front of him was fumbling to the ends of the world! It had to be something big for him to act like this.
"I-I-I"
"Little brother! You have to say something! So talk!" Lu Hao shook Lu Chen back and forth, wondering what he had to say.
As Lu Hao questioned what happened during his date, Lu Chen's phone started to ring. He looked down at the number, and it was from Ye Meixiu.
"Talk to you about it later!" Lu Chen quickly left Lu Hao's room as he screamed out,
"Hey! Don't try to run away! You have to tell me the details of what happened!"
But Lu Chen didn't hear as he entered his room. He looked at the text,
Brother Chen, did you get home safely?
Of course, I have. Did you think I would be in an accident?
No way! If brother Chen got into an accident, I'll go to the hospital to nurse you all the way!
Lu Chen lightly smiled. And he texted,
What do you need from me? You should be asleep.
I wanted to say thank you. Today was the best day of my life.
Lu Chen laughed as he texted, You can't say it's the best day of your life. You're going to put more pressure on me.
