Huang Muyang still wanted the jade.
"Nope." Huang Mingyue closed the box without thinking, "I'm keeping it. I received it as a gift. I won't hand it over to anyone else." She found the jade pleasing as well.
"So cold." Huang Muyang said.
"Anyways, he gave such a precious piece away. Strange." Huang Muchen thought about it. It was strange how he tossed away such a valuable jade piece without a thought. Did he plan this?
"Maybe he is interested in our Mingyue?" Huang Muyang said with a joke.
"What about Bai Xiaoqing?" Huang Muchen asked. If he liked Huang Mingyue, he would have given it all to her. But he gave the other half to Bai Xiaoqing.
"Maybe he liked both?" Huang Muyang joked.
"Is he looking to die?!" Huang Muchen retorted. How could that kid have such a big appetite?! More than that, he was overeating! Going after the Huang and Bai family like that was asking for trouble.
"I don't think that's the case." Huang Mingyue said.
"Why do you think that?"
"Just a feeling."

"Oh, good lord." Lu Chen cursed. He couldn't take it any longer as he looked down at his phone. It had been ringing for so long!
And he knew who it was; that was why he didn't want to look at it. Lu Chen would snap if he did.
Should I change my number or something? Lu Chen was tempted to do something like this.
"Xiao Chen, is it elder Huang calling you?" Zhang Wenling asked. They were sitting at the family table.
Lu Chen nodded, "Yes. He's asking me for a chess match again."
"Chess match? Why is he calling so much for a chess match?" Lu Xiaotong asked.
"Ahh, because I beat him. And he couldn't take the loss." Lu Chen scratched his head as he explained.
Lu Chen would never tell his family about having the Huang family heirloom.
If Elder Wu was shocked by how he had the heirloom: how would his family react?
"If you have free time, you should play with the elder. He's probably lonely." Zhang Wenling added.
".." Yeah, no. Lu Chen highly doubted that. He was probably angry from losing the heirloom. Lu Chen sighed,

The next day, Lu Chen came back to the tea shop. But he noticed something different from the other times.
Why are there so many people there?
The first thing Lu Chen saw when he arrived in front of the shop was there were more customers there than it should be. There was even a line in front of it.
"..." Lu Chen didn't need to think why this was happening. He made his way into the tea shop with the frowns he got from the guys. But Lu Chen looked at one of the servers. He remembered Lu Chen, "Please go over there."
Lu Chen spotted Huang Mingyue and Huang Muyang sitting in the regular spot. There was no other explanation for why there were so many guys; it was because of this girl right over here.
Seeing Lu Chen arriving, Huang Muyang waved his hand, "Kid, come over here right now!" And he turned to the other guys, "If anyone thinks they have a chance with my granddaughter, then scram! She already has someone in mind!"
