Chapter 531: We’ll Take This
"Young master, do you want me to investigate this matter?" Kang Shuchun had a dark expression. Who dares tries to harm the young master?! I will destroy them!
When she found out who it was, there would be no hesitation.
"No, you don't need to deal with this. I don't want you to get involved." Lu Chen shook his head.

Kang Shuchun's face turned red. She wanted the date to go on as well. But,
"Look at my clothes, young master." Kang Shuchun's clothes were covered in blood. She punched the guy so much that blood splattered her entire body. She wanted to continue the date badly but knew it was impossible. Not unless she wanted to be caught by the police and questioned.
"So? If your clothes are dirty, we'll have to get you some new ones. Take off your jacket." Lu Chen said calmly. He knew what to do.
Kang Shuchun took off her jacket. Lu Chen took off his jacket too, and covered her with it,
"Let's go." Kang Shuchun nodded, and the two quickly ran back into the mall.

While Lu Chen and Kang Shuchun had left, they didn't realize someone was watching them from above. Long Shen was in a cafe a few buildings away. And he saw everything.
"What? The two of them are alright?" Long Shen's face was shocked as he saw the two come out. He expected Lu Chen to get beat up, not unless...
Long Shen grabbed his head. Of course, this would happen. The only way Lu Chen survived this was if Liao Yan sent the weakest people to deal with him.
I didn't think this person was that dumb enough to send them there. He thought Liao Yan would have a brain cell and sent at least trained soldiers to deal with Lu Chen.
Instead, he sent common thugs to deal with Lu Chen! Long Shen could only shake his head at how much of a fool Liao Yan was.
I have to guide him even more.

"Shuchun, pick out any clothes you want to wear." Lu Chen said. The two entered the closest clothes store.
Looking at the clothes, Kang Shuchun asked,
"Young master, can you choose something from me?"
"Are you sure?"
"MMmhmm. I want you to choose one for me." Kang Shuchun smiled.
"Hmm." Lu Chen looked at the clothing on the rack right now. He thought long and hard about it,
"I think this would look good on you."
"Young master has some adult taste."
The clothes Lu Chen chose was an off-shoulder shirt. It gave a mature and calm feeling.
Lu Chen scratched his head, "Do you not like it?"
"No! Since the young master chose this for me, I will wear it." Kang Shuchun quickly took the cloth off the rack and entered a dressing room.
It didn't take long for Kang Shuchun to come out too. And she looked really great in it.
"Young master, do you like it?"
"..." Lu Chen had no comments as he stared at Kang Shuchun. That silence answered for him. He turned to the clerk,
"We'll take it like this." He didn't hesitate and handed his card to them. Kang Shuchun laughed, seeing how quick he was.
