Chapter 575: It’s Only Starting
"This idiot is really out like a light." The red fox said as he looked at Liao Yan's unconscious face. His tongue was sticking out, and the white of his eyes showed. It was disgusting.
Han Meng shrugged as he took off the green lion mask, "Not my fault. How am I supposed to know this guy was built like a twig."
"He's a guy with a silver spoon shoved down his throat. What do you think his physique is?" Lu Chen rolled his eyes as he took off the mask too.
"Also, is your friend doing what I asked?" The reason they knew where Liao Yan was, was due to Han Meng's friend. It was pretty simple for him to find.
"You don't have to worry about that. No one is going to catch us on the cameras." Han Meng laughed. That kid actually conceded to what we asked. There wasn't any bargaining at all. When Han Meng called, he complied with what they said.
And that confused Han Meng. He knew what type of person he was; there was no way he would do anything without money. So what made him listen? Han Meng wondered.
"Anyways, what do you want to do with this brat?" Han Meng said as he pointed at Liao Yan. Now that he got him, how do they deal with him?
Lu Chen smiled, "You don't need to worry about that. I have an idea of what to do."
"...Alright then." Han Meng didn't say anything. But looking at Lu Chen's expression, he could tell it would be explosive.
Lu Chen and Han Meng arrived behind Zi Han's gym. Zi Han was waiting for them in the back,
"You guys are done with everything now?" Lu Chen nodded his head,
"Mmmhmm. Elder Zi Han. We have finished everything we need. Have you finished everything on your end?" Zi Han nodded,
"We have dealt with the corpses there. Also, I'll help you get the bounties on Greed Viper and the rest's head." Besides Greed Viper and Lethal Snake, there were also a couple of names there too.
"You can take some of the money out of the bounty for thanks for letting us use your equipment and dealing with the corpses." Lu Chen added.
"Understood. At least someone is thankful for my help." Zi Han said as he scowled at Han Meng. But the latter rolled his eyes,
"We're paying for this. There's no need for thanks. Also, where's the idiot?" Han Meng said.
"Tied him to a punching bag. He was getting annoying." Zi Han said. Bai Lei woke up and tried to escape. And what he got was a beatdown. But he kept doing it to the point that Zi Han had enough.
"Alright, keep him tied up there for now." Han Meng clapped his hands together.
"You're not going to take him?" Zi Han frowned.
"My master will come and take him." He notified Gao Shun about what had happened. And he was pissed. He was going to come here personally to get Bai Lei.
"...Alright then." Zi Han wasn't going to say anything about it. He would complain to Gao Shun about everything.
"Actually, Elder Han, I need something else from you." Lu Chen asked.
