"How could you keep your mother in the dark about this?! I'm your own mother! You should have given me the deets about this!" Zhang Wenling couldn't believe her son would hide this from her!
"..." Who even uses the word deets? What is this? Lu Chen didn't think there would be someone at this age to say something like that. His focus was more on that than his mother knowing about the teaser.
"Aunty, did you watch the teaser?" Kang Shuchun asked. She knew Lu Chen wasn't thinking about that.
"Of course not!" Zhang Wenling shook her head, "I was waiting for you two to come home to watch it together!"
"Huh?" Before Lu Chen could say something about that, he was brought to the living room. And what he saw was three dead-faced people.
So you guys were brought here too. Lu Chen gave them a pitiful expression. He turned to his mother, "I don't need to be here. I've already seen it. I don't want to spoil it for you guys."
He and the other board members viewed it at a board meeting. There was no need for him to watch it again. As he got up, he went straight back down!
"Xiao Chen, you can watch it again." Lu Xiaotong said with a smile.
"Yeah, little brother. We should watch it together again as a family."

The trailer started off with a bright and happy start. It showed Chu Jingyi and his lover. It was a picture album of all the pictures they had together. It seemed the two were married. But slowly, the atmosphere changed.
The album closed, and what they saw was a desolate area. And the sound of a piano began.
The scene was raining, and Chu Jingyi was in the middle. In his hand was a bouquet of orchids. As the piano's melody started to go higher, Chu Jingyi looked at the camera.
Before anything could say anything, the teaser ended just like that!
"..." There was silence for everyone watching the scene. Lu Chen was the only one who didn't feel anything from that. He was calm and unfazed. Zhang Wenling was the first one to speak,
"Xiao Chen?"
"Hmm? What's wrong, mom?"
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY IDOL?!" Zhang Wenling exploded! She grabbed Lu Chen's collar and shook him back and forth!

"How could you do this to my idol?! How dare you do this to my idol?!" Zhang Jian shouted as she shook him!
