Chapter 628: My Favorite Son
"My favorite son!" When Lu Chen returned home, Zhang Wenling ran up and gave him a hug. Lu Chen was surprised.

"Awesome! Let's-" "All of this is for Xiao Chen!" Before Lu Hao could eat it, Zhang Wenling took it off his fork. What Lu Hao got was his two teeth slamming together!
"...Owww!" Lu Hao grabbed his teeth as he looked at Lu Chen with wide eyes. Lu Xiaotong and Lu Aotian sat in their seats and watched this spectacle unfold.
Lu Chen sighed as he asked, "What do you want, mother?" He couldn't eat properly. Zhang Wenling stared at him with a smile. Like she was waiting for him to eat.

"Save it. You want something from me, don't you?" It was only a few days after she stopped looking at him as if she had a lifetime grudge.
Zhang Wenling blinked a couple of times, "What?! How can I ever do something like that?! I've only made all this food out of love."
"....Ok then." Lu Chen took a bite of beef. But the moment he did,
"Xiao Chen, can you do Mother a favor."
"..." I knew it. Lu Chen sighed, "What do you need?"
Zhang Wenling smiled as she asked, "That's my son. You see, brother Jingyi released a new album, right?"
Lu Chen took something out, "Here. I knew you wanted one." It was none other than Chu Jingyi's album.
Zhang Wenling's expression brightened as she snatched it out of his hand!
"Xiao Chen, I love you!" She kissed her son's cheek as she stared at the album.
"Thought you said you didn't like his change?" Lu Chen asked.
"I did say that. But brother Jingyi is so handsome and methodical in the music video that I couldn't resist."
"..." That's what everyone is saying. The sudden change in Chu Jingyi's image was a huge hit. Chu Jingyi became a flower man to a mysterious and handsome man.
He captured all female hearts from the MV. The music video was only out for a few days, but the views broke into 3 million!
And it was only going up.
"But I can't believe it! I couldn't find any of his albums anywhere!" Zhang Wenling was shocked. She traveled to multiple stores, trying to find it. But all of them were sold out. One of the owners told her that they were selling like hotcakes.
Lu Chen thought. Hotcakes indeed.
"Alright, now that you got your album. Time to eat." Lu Chen said as he started eating.
