Chapter 677: I Don’t Want That!
He hasn't responded. In the dormitory, Feng Meifeng stared at her phone. More specifically, it was her messages with Lu Chen. A few days passed since she sent her text to Lu Chen. There was no reply from him.
And Feng Meifeng knew why he hadn't responded. She scrolled up to the messages Lu Chen sent her before.
It's all a misunderstanding, Meifeng!

All of Lu Chen's messages showed how much he wanted to talk to her. And she chose to ignore all of his messages. Plus, Kong Qingzhu's words about Lu Chen witnessing her with Mao Qingsheng.
Lu Chen wouldn't want to talk to her after witnessing everything. And she doubted Lu Chen would ever want to ever again.
I'm so dumb. Feng Meifeng clutched her phone tightly. Seeing how downcasted Feng Meifeng was, Qin Shan sighed,
"Meifeng, stop staring at your phone." Qin Shan said. Her expression changed yet again. Feng Meifeng recovered slightly after everything that happened with Lu Chen.
But Kong Qingzhu told her something that caused her recovery to go down the drain. And she understood why. Feng Meifeng revealed everything Kong Qingzhu told her. Hearing that caused her to be shocked. But it made sense once Kong Qingzhu said it.
But she didn't think Feng Meifeng was a fool. If she thought about it for a few seconds, there were too many coincidences to make it believable.
"There's nothing I can do about it." Feng Meifeng wallowed. She knew her chances with Lu Chen were over once this happened.
"If you say it is over, why are you staring at your phone?" Feng Meifeng's actions and words were two different things. It was clear Feng Meifeng was still interested in Lu Chen.
If Feng Meifeng knew this was over, she shouldn't be looking at her phone. She still cared for Lu Chen.
"..." Feng Meifeng stayed silent. But Qin Shan knew she had hit the nail right into the coffin. She grabbed her head and decided,
"Go to him!"
"Ehh?" Feng Meifeng looked up at Qin Shan.
"If you still think you have feelings for him, go to him and apologize. At least you have a chance than sitting here and acting dumb about it!" Qin Shan roared.
Actions spoke louder than words. Lu Chen would probably feel something if Feng Mefieng went to him.
"Should I? There's nothing I can do about it." Feng Meifeng looked down. She wanted to go and talk with Lu Chen. But she was afraid. She didn't know what to say to Lu Chen once she was in front of him.
"Just say that you're sorry! That's the best thing you can do." And that guy would probably accept. She had a hunch that Lu Chen might still like her best friend. He asked Kong Qingzhu to watch over her. That at least showed that he still cared for her.
"I-"
"Do you want to see another person take him away?!" Qin Shan added!
And that did something.
Feng Meifeng's eyes widened as she shook her head, "No! I don't want that!"
