Having ‘peach blossom luck’ (literally) means you have a lot of luck with people liking you (romantically), so he’s saying that she’ll be lucky in love. She’s saying that it wasn’t a good romance/the guy was not a good guy. ‘Central air-conditioning’ is the phrase used here. The idea is that an air-conditioner cools everyone down, basically saying a guy who acts nice to a lot of girls (in a way that is leading them on). I think the film city is where a lot of filming sets are located. CP means couple! So ‘CP fans’ means people who ship her and Shi Xi. Sort of like do you think that you’re somebody just because you get to sit in that seat? But I stuck to the literal TL of ‘person’/’human’.
