Chapter 140 The Show Must Go On! by Author-sama
After the chaos of the week settled down, we finished our final exams and Victoria settled her removal of the Long family.
With my connection from the Long run by Kimberly broke, the aggression by Tony Feng, George Lang, and Anthony Tang economically, was fierce. Smelling blood in the water, the three other main families that had been second to the Long, seemed to have an unspoken agreement to take bites from the Long Group.
Kimberly was struggling under the pressure due to the fact, the three families ignored the Victoria Long Inc businesses, showing that the 3 families are targeting her personally for her move. This is the first time in 300 years the Long was pushed into its corner by a combined united front.
The overall strength of the Long economically was cut to ¾ of its strength with Victoria still in the family, due to losing her business enterprise. Many Long members are dissatisfied with Kimberly at the moment, and this is part of Kimberley's compound problem. As of late, the Alcohol-bottle has warmed her nights.
That night after I showered, I called Luke Fu and told him to take his West Side crew and take down the Mad Hatters at xxx Jasper drive, warehouse number 3.
Luke, The Crazy Motherfucker mobilized every single Fire Birds member under his control, and raided the place with such ferocity, that the Hatters could not react and their nest was ripped up.
All documents, loot, and persons were seized by my group. We even captured their stock of gemstones that were heading to North America. I gave all the data to Lucy to handle as she saw fit.
I told Luke to adopt a new form of dockside execution to build up his reputation in the west. Concrete-shoes and a swim off the end of one of our docks. I want all of our enemies to fear the Fire Birds on the west-side.
I had to listen to Luke laugh for a couple of minutes hearing my new execution method for criminals and debt forfeitures. He even did a video of all the Mad Hatters standing on the dock ledge in the blocks of stone, crying as they were kicked off one by one. The video was sent to North America's media, with the banner saying [Eurasia welcomes the Mad Hatters, come one and all!]
Luke in the video being shown manically laughing as he kicked each member one by one into the water, made him a Fire Birds hero to the younger members.
This second half of the University year is splitting up some of our schedules from before, like James will be in the Kung-Fu Club now. But we won't see a major shift till year two.
Nadia and Nichole are dropping Computers for more Law related classes, now that they are married and live with me, the reason for the class was lost, so now they only want to fast track their Law degree.
So what is Mary going to be doing during her vacation time? She is now in charge of decorating the group nursery for the house. She will buy all the cribs and supplies, make sure the room is made to the wives specifications, and make sure every wife has a personal crib in each bedroom to match the decorations of the mothers. This way our babies can either sleep in the crib by their mothers bedside or in the 24 hour manned nursery. This is the main duties of the maids that my uncle hired for my home.
Kate had called me about her Entertainment Tonight show and asked for my opinions and critiques. Naturally, Sun annoyed me, but he was tolerable as a host.
The last thing of note? Oh, my second commercial came out on television, and it seemed to be liked, and my numbers of new subscribers doubled. Well to be honest, it was the sex appeal of Ana and Kate, but sex sells.
And that brings me to the start of the 3rd week of January, the start of the 2nd term.

"My feelings are strange. I don't get jealous of some women, but others tend to give me a bad vibe. But I like all of my Master's current Harem so don't worry."

"Mei, can you get my industrial strength pepper-spray and my taser?"

"I will get the stunner that can even make a bladder release, fufu."
Victoria seeing me and her already preparing to ruin someone's day felt this idea was bad after-all.

Kate came out of her home wearing bluejeans and a warm white-sweater, her hair pulled back in her classic ponytail. She is even wearing sunglasses, like it might make her look average, nope. Her hair and large sweater-puppies are too damn obvious.
When she stepped into the white-limo and saw Victoria and Tina on both of my sides, she had disappointment in her heart, and greeted everyone.

I nodded and realized the class is not terribly far from the business building, so I should not be too late.
Linda tells Kate.
"Miss Kong, I don't mind your friendly attitude with Rick, but refrain from doing it in-front of others. My fiance has enough people that hate him, and encouraging your fans to hate him more, is not acceptable. Even his fiancees and wives keep our public interactions to a respectful level in public. Right, sister Victoria?"
Vicky knows Linda is not being mean here and is truly only worried for me and agrees.
"Linda is correct, so in the eyes of other students, imagine Rick is Sam, that should tell you what kind of social distance to make."
Kate looked at me and thought of Sam and said.
"Rick, if I imagine you as Sam, maybe I should walk alone?!"
"Get off your tree-branch, woman, sigh."
Kate and the others laughed at my tired-face.

As we pulled into the drop-off area, I see Ana standing there wearing a black-beanie-cap, with sunglasses, and the same kind of outfit as Kate, but in dark-blue. She almost disguises better than Kate, but her beauty still shines through.
Mei in her long maid-uniform got out of the front opening the door for us all to pile out. She did give Ana a stink-eye though, that Ana did notice.
Jenifer told Victoria.
"Teacher Long, I will escort Rick along this dangerous path, so I ask to be a little late with him?"
Victoria, knowing Jenifer's true role with me, smiled and nodded to the two actresses dismay. She said.
"You are Rick's Personal Maid, so you helping him out is fine with me, just make sure he is not skipping class."
Jenifer, wearing the same longcoat as me, pushed up her gold-glasses, and nodded in understanding.
I say to the two actresses.
"Let's move ladies, and just don't cater to your fans at school, learn to say 'no', or you will be hounded by every Tom, Dick, and Harry. And I don't play fake boyfriend, unless it's onstage."
I can see in both Ana and Kate's eyes, they had to throw away half their schemes.

"Both of you, if you stop to talk to fans, I will keep walking and leave you with them, so move your asses or be abandoned."

After some-more nonsense students bother me, I point to their class and tell them.
"ONLY call me if you are in a life threatening situation, not because a fan is bothering you harmlessly, call Campus Security for that mess. So just ask yourself, is calling Rick worth getting this person killed?! Do you two understand me, because I will shoot first, and ask questions later."
Both women answered clearly. Ana then Kate says.
"Thanks, and Campus Security will actually escort us after this class, so don't worry. But if we are in real danger, I will call you."
I nodded to Ana's reasonable claim to me, and I like her pragmatic thinking. Then...
"Can I call you if I get lost?"
I rub my face and tell her.
"Use the map App on your phone. But if you're trapped in someone's trunk, call me, sigh."
Kate stuck her tongue out at me, and I waved them goodbye.

"Sorry Master, I forgot something important! On February 1st, we need to fly to Crimson State to do an inspection there. You own a private plane as the next Leader, so we will fly for a weekend."
I looked a bit surprised and asked.
"We are going to Crimson to meet Bill Woo, Cat's uncle? And who is going?"
Jenifer interlocks her fingers with mine, and tells me.
"I will be at your side, and possibly Cat Woo, if you want her as a guide or not, but I also know my way around there."
Her blue-eyes betray her feelings, and I see she wants me to pick just her, so I do.
"If it was Tina, I would love for her to come, but I think Cat would make my trip less smooth, so I will let you take care of everything. Oh, but we do need to bring Mei. I cannot leave her behind or she will cause problems, like fly behind us and tail me like a stalker, so you get her, right?"
Her eyes look really happy while she tries to maintain her professional appearance. She is glad I was not tempted by Cat Woo's beauty.
"I made plans for both Mei and Mercy to join us, as fellow Personal Maids, I must have a good working relationship with them both, or we will not work well to serve you."
While no one was around I pulled her face in for a gentle kiss, to send her my feelings. So as we entered late, Jenifer was red-faced.
