Chapter 64 Um, I think We Broke Him! by Harem-Fan
Sunday officially came, and the three of us had awakened to the smell of breakfast, reminding us that the woman who showed up on my doorstep out of the blue was here to stay.
Mei Xia had gotten me to make a schedule, food-preferences, clothing, entertainment, and shopping preferences to best smoothly do her job.
She was so efficient, we actually did not even notice her presence as much as you would think. She does not eat with us, like servants in noble houses do and she tries to not even be around to bother our alone time.

At noon in the garage...
When I told Mei about what Nichole suggested to do with the picture, she shook her head and told me.
"Nichole is not wrong, but if you get the young lady from Lang involved and someone finds out she was toying with her future fiancee, it would not be good for her. As for Scott being stupid, well you should know him the most. No both you and I have the skill and weapons to defend ourselves. Don't shy away from this and see it as facing insecurity."
While working on Hana's sports car, I look at Mei and ask.

At Star University the next morning, both Mei and I get out of her car and the two of us head into the main administration building to get special plate registration to freely park in student parking. I already called Dean Chang, my father-in-law, to drop by.

Soon the two of us had met with my father and received the plate tags. I introduced my new maid because he will see her in the future and on campus.
Finally I put on the parking stickers he gave me onto her plates and she saw me off to class.

My face twitched when I saw Linda, Tina, and Victoria all wearing dark almost black clothing like my dark-grey suit. I look to see my buddy James at the table sad wearing white, oh that's funny!
As I had entered, I passed my table and waved to both James and Linda, who know I am grabbing the attendance sheet.
Passing the middle area I waved to both Tina and Jenifer who like Tina is wearing a charcoal black outfit.
I actually have the sneaking suspicion the girls are coordinating behind my back, but I think I might be just a tad narcissistic if I think like this. Okay, next Monday I will wear green to test my theory!
Passing the front table I see both Ashley and Scott at their front spot watching me with different levels of emotion.

Victoria, who was about to start talking, looked at the woman in maid's clothing waving a wallet with a happy-smile on her face, just looking in confusion.
Those in the room that know Mei Xia... Linda, Tina, Jenifer, and especially the slack-jawed Scott are just seeing a ghost in the middle of the day!
Mei then put my stolen wallet in my hand and whispered.
"Don't thank me, I told you I would help, right? Now I have to vanish, see you at lunch Rick."
Then she waved goodbye to me cheerfully and in a normal voice.

Seeing Scott about to move, she quickly left the class...

"W-Was that really Mei Xia? She seemed happy?"
Tina looked at me trying to figure out how I made this happen. When she got up today, this was the absolutely last thing she expected!

Scott had just ran into the hall looking left and right, and there was no way she could have left! The stairs are down at the far end of the hall and the elevators on the far other end. All classroom-doors are shut and other than a couple of trash cans and vending-machines there is nothing blocking his view.
"Mei! Mei stop hiding dammit! I saw you and I demand you show yourself damn it!"
With no response, Scott remembered she talked to me!

Scott actually stomped to get his things and I could have sworn he may have almost shed a tear, damn he is a wreck! Anyway I made it to the angry looking Victoria and she whispered.
"Sorry Mr Lee, I do not want to kick you out, but I must be impartial, plus you know the work, I am sorry."

"No, I am definitely at fault here, my maid was causing a ruckus so I am responsible for her. See you tomorrow Teacher Long!"
I see in her purple-eyes she does not want to send me away knowing it is Scott, but the Tang might have issues if only he is removed for a class.
Scott already ran out of the class searching for Mei like an idiot. She can see his phone coming and avoid him.
James gave me a thumbs-up as I packed, Linda looked sad, and Tina looked confused and amused.
As I left, I closed the door.

"Well crap, now I am kicked out and have no car. Guess I will sit under a tree."
Giggling! And from behind the Coke machine, I heard evil-female laughter at my words. Yeah with her accent it's none-other than Mei!
She slipped out of the narrow back and dusted off the bit of dirt from the back of the machine, she smirked at me and said.
"That trick let me get the drop on some killers after me in the past, the advantage of being smaller!"
Mei Xia is not necessarily very-short, but she is about 5 foot 6 inches, I think. But women from the China Empire tend to be a bit shorter in height. I smile at her, but she says.
"My Master~, need a ride? I am so good I predicted this possibility, so let's go practice tailing!"
She held up her phone and said, let's follow Scott and let him occasionally see me and make him run everywhere chasing a ghost, and the game is for you to not be seen by him?! Let's go, this is part of your training, hurry before he goes too far, come come!
And for the next two hours, Scott got glimpses of a maid in the distance but she vanished while I trailed him and fortunately was never seen by him.
