Chapter 33: a stupid system called pinky
This system is really stupid Vicky thought and sighed.
But from its words there seems to be a god or something that created these systems.
Well when there is something as odd as the ark, having a system is not much difference.
So he did not bother with that thought and asked the system.
“System, what kind of system is you.”
The system immediately told Vicky.
“I can become the system based on the situation of the user and once bound it cannot be changed till the user dies.
So host since you are in apocalypse situation I am going to become apocalypse survival reward system.”
The system told Vicky.
“Oh! Suddenly my system became intelligent.”
Vicky immediately said.
“Thank you for the compliment host”
The system thanked him.
“She still things that I am complimenting her.
Sigh…”
He thought in his heart and said.
“System, what should I call you…”
“Host, My mother calls me pinky…
I forgot that I should not say my name to anyone.
Host, forget what I said and give me a name yourself…”
(Today is the pink moon so I put the name pinky here)
Vicky had black lines on his forehead again.
“I just complimented it for being intelligent and it became stupid again.
Well I don’t know how my future will be with this system.
Sigh…”
Vicky thought and then said.
“I will call you pinky then…
Also call me Vicky not host”
“Now pinky, tell me about your functions.”
“Yes, host…Vicky…
The system will act as the apocalypse survival reward system that can assist the host during the apocalypse.
Other than showing the status of the host…Vicky in advance, the system has three main functions.
First, whenever host…Vicky completes something, kills something or gains something there is a chance of gaining a reward from the system.
This reward is random in nature.
Probability of gaining reward is random and what is the reward is also random.
Everything depends on the luck of the host.
Second,
Host will be given an extra 1 percent probability that you can apply to one thing every day.
Once applied it cannot be removed till 00:00 AM in the night that is the reset time.
Then it can be applied to the new thing or the same thing after that time.
This 1 percent increase in probability can be upgraded using the spars of the mutated creatures.
Third,
Host was given 10 boxes of grid storage space each grid box can store 100 identical items.
To unlock another grid box host has to spend spars.
Currently host can use all these things and upgrade them after the apocalypse started.

Vicky knows that the current situation is not the start of the apocalypse after volcanoes on the earth explode releasing those strange materials and some catalysts the real apocalypse starts.
It was around at the start of the ice age the mutated creatures would start appearing.
He looked at his status panel.

He was happy that his stats improved after training for so long.
But most of the other things are locked for the time being.
These spars will be used as currency in the apocalypse land.
Well there are other forms of currency which is the hard currency but it is not credible.
Other than using the treasures the other way to improve the power quickly in the apocalypse land is through spars.
Well Vicky has to wait for a long time to get them but not right now.
The eyes of Vicky immediately lit up looking at all the good things.
Well that 1 percent improvement can some time become the difference between the life and death in the apocalypse times.
Also the rewards are good when completing something.
Finally the storage space is even greater.
Vicky was feeling sad that he cannot store too many things in the ark space.
Having extra space is always a good thing for him.
For today he don’t know what to improve with the 1 percent gain so he let it be and packed up the bodies of Nisha and Roy in the same gunny bags that he brought them here.
While packing Vicky chatted with the system and found that the storage grids have stagnant time function so the things he place inside will not rot.
But living things cannot be put inside.
He put the gunny bags with the bodies in the system storage grid.
Well both of them are gunny bags with dead bodies so they occupied a single grid.
Vicky then went to his room to collect his things and pack them up.
His big apartment was stored in the system grid which is very convenient.
When he is done packing up it was already time for them to leave.
Vicky and a group of people started to move when it was around 6:00 PM in the evening in row boats towards the road connecting towards their destination.
Mobo is not going along with Vicky this time.
Vicky group has a total of 6 people and all of them are strong.
One is a mechanic and the remaining 5 are people that usually travel around and know the route along the direction.
It took them 3 hours to row the boat all the way to the edge of higher grounds out of the flood.
After coming here they found the road and moved along the road.
There are villages and houses in the surrounding.
There are buildings with people and empty buildings.
The people here are much better than they were as these people have……...
