She raised her head and looked at Luo Ke with big, pitiful, watery eyes, “Meow~”
When she saw Luo Ke’s expression falter for a moment, Lin Sifei had a glimmer of hope ignite in her heart, but then the next second, she was lifted and placed on Mrs. Luo’s knees.
Lin Sifei looked at Luo Ke in disbelief. Seeing her soothing eyes, she wanted to cry, but alas, she didn’t.
When Mrs. Luo touched her back, Lin Sifei felt as if sandpaper was rubbing down on her body.
The old lady’s technique of petting was not gentle at all, as she almost pulled out a bunch of Lin Sifei’s fur. She turned Lin Sifei over and patted her head.
“This cat looks like a native cat raised in the countryside.”
Luo Ke stood next to grandma Luo, “I don’t know about cat breeds, but when my friend gifted it to me, she said it’s an American shorthair. However, I’m raising the cat because it’s enjoyable, and I don’t care about the breed.”
“You’re right, as long as you enjoy it.” She petted Lin Sifei twice more and returned her to Luo Ke, “We’ll eat when your second aunt arrives, you must be hungry.”
“I’m okay.”
Luo Bihua happened to come down from the stairs, and she pouted when she heard this, “Waiting for my second sister is frustrating. She said that she would be here, yet she is late and is making the family wait to eat.”

Just as she took a deep breath, a voice came from the door. A middle-aged woman walked in, followed by a stick-like man, which Lin Sifei correctly guessed as Luo Ke’s older second aunt and uncle.
Sure enough, Luo Ke bowed again to greet them.
As soon as the second aunt came in and took off her hat, she saw the jewelry box in Luo Ke’s hand. Her eyes became sharp as she asked, “What is Xiao Ke holding?”
Luo Ke held the box up, “It’s a necklace from my first aunt.”
“Oh, my eldest sister gave it to you.” She lost interest in an instant, smiled and walked around to the old Mrs. Luo, squeezing and massaging her shoulders, “Mom, I’m late, the traffic jams today were terrible.”
The old lady’s expression eased up, “It’s all right, let’s eat.”
Luo Ke put the box away, walked to the table and took a seat. Lin Sifei kicked her leg against the floor and jumped onto her lap to sit.
Luo Bihua raised her eyebrows, “How can this cat be near the table? Isn’t it dirty?”
Lin Sifei glanced at her, jumped down and got under the dining table. Luo Ke bent over to look at her worriedly, Lin Sifei, feeling apologetic, walked to her leg and rubbed against it, and rolled on the ground cutely.
Luo Ke, seeing that Lin Sifei seemed to be quite happy, smiled and mouthed: “When we go back, I will buy you something delicious.”
Lin Sifei waved her tail around as her last bits of anger dissipated.
She looked at all of the people’s legs under the dining table, lying on the ground boredly, trying to identify and distinguish the person corresponding to each pair of legs through memory.

Lin Sifei stood up abruptly and looked at the red high-heeled foot that was hooked around a man’s calf. The person wearing high heels was Luo Ke’s second aunt, but the other pair of legs were those of the older first uncle.
Lin Sifei was afraid that she might be wrong, so she got out from under the dining table and took a look, then went back after making sure. She covered her mouth, worried that she would laugh out loud, even as a cat.
Hahahahaha, she discovered a big secret. Humph, you people, you’ll pay for bullying Luo Ke.
Lin Sifei waved her tail excitedly, squinting her eyes at the two pairs of legs that had been slightly intertwined. How would she expose this?
Even at the end of the lunch, Lin Sifei didn’t think of a plan. However, her eyes kept moving around the two of them, looking for opportunities.
After a while, Luo Ke’s second aunt Luo Chunhai found an excuse to go upstairs to rest. Luo Ke’s first uncle continued the conversation with everyone for a while, but his phone kept ringing.
He picked it up and glanced at the screen, and then smiled embarrassedly, “There is something I have to deal with at our school.”
“Are you going to leave?” Luo Bihua was a little bit reluctant.
“I brought a computer, so I can go upstairs and deal with it.”
The old Mrs. Luo nodded, “Go.”
He took his computer bag and hurriedly went upstairs.
Luo Bihua shook her head helplessly, “Aya, he is still so reckless.”

Lin Sifei exported it all as an e-mail and sent it to the mailbox of her own tablet, and then cleared the record.
She put the phone back, went under the window, wrapped herself in the curtain, jumped onto the water pipe next to her and slid down. The surveillance should not be able to capture anything now.
She smiled and narrowed her eyes, ran back to the living room from the door, looked at Luo Ke, and clenched her paws
