Gastrium is currently facing an internal problem, mainly because Saintess Rumia visited the place and issued several things to the church there. She and Jean were there for a whole week, and news of their exploits there is becoming a hot topic here in Amleth.
Both the pro-Empire side and the anti-Empire side are making their voices heard. According to Nar and Sas, those against the Empire are celebrating the arrival of Saintess Rumia, while those who wanted to be part of the Empire are welcoming her with bricks and spit. I'm glad that Jean was there to protect Saintess Rumia, but even more than Saintess Rumia, I'm sure that seeing her paladin, dubbed the Traitor Paladin, burns their anger even more.
As for Nar and Sas, they didn't mention it explicitly, but they told me they were helping Saintess Rumia catch the rat that was trying to escape. Maybe this means that some of the Illumination from Gastrium are trying to get into Amleth, or maybe the other way around? The Illumination group here are trying to support their cause through Gastrium, so they're rushing to open up the possibility of catching them.
They've both been busy, so I haven't seen them much in the past month. Sister Khamisah and Dana have been away, as the abnormal weather in a distant land has caused a wave of powerful monster attacks to emerge, so the adventure guild there has issued an emergency response. Dana, at first reluctant to leave, as she was more worried about leaving me alone, but, I can take care of myself. I promise to be a good little sister and stay at home most of the time.

One day I am at the castle, and the next day I am at Miss Vita's house. Of course, I am still mostly at home as well, but if I am bored, Sister Khamisah tells me to go and play somewhere safe, as she already told everyone in advance about it. That way, they can make sure I am safe and sound. Even the Head Maid and Teacher Ledang agreed to it, and so far, I am both happy as I can spend more time with others and keep myself out of trouble. Talk about killing two birds with one stone; if you ask me, nothing beats the feeling of having lunch together with your own family. I just hope Sister Khamisah and Dana come back home soon and for Nar and Sas to finish their assignment early.
As we have a pile of homework given, especially by your truly Master Merlin, we start discussing the answers. Supposedly, we should talk less and write more, but since I am in a great mood today, I mostly talk and write less, though they all sure didn't mind about it.
It was supposed to be done over the course of a week, but we wanted to finish it up early so we had more time to play. I mean to train together. I'm sure Master Merlin and Teacher Tiara are also actively helping each other; hence, they have given us this much homework in advance. They also didn't come to school, so that confirms my suspicions.
Still, this is really too much! Why are they torturing my poor hand to write this much? My beautiful handwriting is now like a cockatrice's scratch. One can see the point where I start becoming lazy. It's exactly in the middle of the paragraph. Master Merlin didn't mind it that much, but Teacher Tiara will surely scold me to no end. For her, it's unacceptable for a student to have bad handwriting. I can't understand her logic, but she's very strict about it, so, as I sigh, I erase the paragraph and start writing back my answer.
