Today we are not going to test our improvised Magic Motion Orb in the lab, but we are going to test it outdoors. We don't really get any kind of special permission since it's just a sudden impulse from the researcher, but it's no problem since Nar and Sas agree to it as well.
"This will certainly be interesting" [Randy].
"I'm curious to see how they actually test it" [Elegast].
"Knowing them, I'm sure it will be nothing but interesting" [Savel].
"Do you need any help from us? We are more than happy to help" [Oreforged].
"That's fine. Just make sure the other onlookers don't get too close" [Nar].
"There shouldn't be any serious effects, but it's better to be safe than sorry" [Sas]
"Sure. Leave it to us" [Randy]
There are other civilians watching our test. Incideny, the guys from the Adventure Guild are here, so they're helping by controlling the crowd as per Nar's request
Today it's just a simple test. To see how the sound will travel. It shouldn't be much of a problem, which is what we wanted to say, but surprisingly, just transmitting the sound instead of along with the visual is hard. We designed the Magic Motion Orb to transmit everything that people see and hear at the same time, so to transmit just one component of it means we have to break down the process one by one, a surprisingly laborious process. Still, with everyone's combined efforts, it's not much of a problem.
"Is the magic stone in place?"
"It is"
"Alright, I will test it in three... two... one... I love Dana!" [Diana]
(This is... surprisingly embarrassing... but I appreciate it) [Dana]
And it works, although the sound quality is not what we expected. We wanted it to be good. Of course, even the Magic Motion Orb couldn't do that, but it makes up for it by having pictures. For something that just transmits sound, we thought it would do that well.

Even a light tap from her with Gungnir is powerful enough to make a nonfighter like Einstein scream in pain. Instead of asking Dana to apologize, he simply becomes fascinated with Gungnir and even tries to take it from Dana by force to study it. Unfortunately for him, Dana quickly puts Gungnir into her own item box magic. Now they're fighting over it.

"She even has time to do some free publicity" [Oreforged].
On to the next one. This time, instead of burying the Magic Stone, we wanted to see what would happen if we let it float in the air. So I fly up in the air with the Magic Stone already connected to the Magic Motion Orb, and

I was going to say that I love Amlethian, but I noticed three figures watching the whole test. I can tell they're not Amlethian because they don't dress like Amlethians. I can tell they don't mean any harm, at least to me, since my blessing hasn't been activated. This makes the others wary, but with so many powerful people gathered around them.

"We are just here to scout before the conference"
