Medusa. A snake-haired monster that can instantly petrify you upon eye contact. She can turn even the mightiest warrior into a stone. Without proper preparation, no knight or adventurer dares even look at her.
These guys, they said they're trying to get Medusa's head for their catalyst. I'm not sure what kind of weapon they were going to make with it, but whatever it is, it's certainly not for the good, especially in their bad hands.

So this werehouse actually belongs to a witch under Prince Rufus of the Empire. I'm sure it's the same witch who followed Prince Rufus when he had a meeting with Aunt Amleth. She's a pretty young witch, though I've never met her face to face, but she must be pretty talented to be under Prince Rufus. That, or simply because witches are extremely rare these days. Apart from Master Merlin, myself, Princess Siti, Teacher Tiara and that witch, I have never heard of any other witches.
And there are two more comments that I would like to respond to. First, it's not that the invisibility spell of Werehouse is getting better. It's just that you're getting careless. Second, I, Diana Vars, am already here, ready to arrest you all at any moment. If it were for the fact that I'm interested in what you're up to, you'd all be behind bars screaming for release.
The Werehouse, despite its size, actually travels faster than I thought. I would think it would be dark before we reached the border of Gastrium, but the sun is just beginning to set. Maybe it's because of its size, even if it's slower than a galloping horse, it can still cover quite a distance.
As soon as they saw their target, the werehouse stopped and returned to its house-like form. Here, a bunch of dark guild members are waiting, with a mother Medusa and her children, all tied up. I don't like this. I don't like this at all.

Master Merlin, Fie and I have the same reaction... I can't believe it, but it really is able to communicate with human being and alike, as the mother and what appears to be the eldest daughter of the Medusa, along with four other little Medusas begging for their lives

I can still hear them arguing about selling the Medusa for a mountain of gold to behead the children so that the mother would be angry. That way the mother's petrified gaze will become absolute. How terrible!

"Well then, how about we behead the eldest and the mother and sell the other one?"
"We can also breed them with regular monster medusas, so we can make even more profit."
So they're now equipping a relic from the Church that prevents them from having any abnormal status. It's a pretty powerful relic. With Titania's blessing, I'm sure I can still put them all to sleep. No. Fight them and distract them while I prepare the sleep spell. That's the best course of action

Even if they're careless, they still have the advantage in numbers, and they're quick to counterattack. The Empire's weapon, it's good. Very good. A single swing could free them from the vine that trapped them, but...

They try to resist, and as a last dirch effort, they randomly throw several explosives in all directions. That's just their desperate attempt, and to make it worse, they're throwing it with a powerful spell to make it detonate faster and stronger. Some of them even activate a teleportation scroll as they desperately try to escape. Their actions only bring more danger to all of us.
