The third floor is occupied by Kim Hajin, Kim Suho, and Chae Nayun, testing, and training against Devil opponents.
The tower’s setup is nothing but miraculous. It can record the towers’ participants’ data. It can project said data. It can project monster data. It can project higher-level existence data based on memory. It has respawning functions, technically, the participants cannot die for real. The participants will not get hungry, or fatigued. Most of all, it has a time dilation function.
Something so miraculous and broken should not be able to exist, but anything is possible with SP. Of course, theoretically, it will take hundreds of thousands of SP for Hajin to make this happen. That is just unreasonable as it is quite difficult to earn SP.
The trick to making the current Little Blue Tower possible is that instead of upgrading it permanently, Hajin has made it into a pay-by-basis. Hajin, Suho, and Nayun exit the Little Blue Tower after a span of one week.
While it has only been one week in the outside world, it has been 21 days inside. Every time they exist within the Little Blue Tower, Hajin spends one SP per minute per individual. Hajin still has hundreds of SP in his wallet, but he and the others have decided to get out already. It is because Hajin’s balance seems to not meet the trio’s (Nayun, Suho, and Hajin’s) needs.
Summoning a projection of Baal has cost Hajin 10,000 SP, something as expensive as the Gift, Magic Power Body. “It is worth it, I guess…” Hajin deflates at his reduced balance, and here he is entertaining of getting himself more Gifts, and Arts.
“My back hurts…” Suho complains, he recalls being stepped on by the Devil King on the ground, brutally.
Nayun meanwhile is pissed. “Hey, let’s challenge him again!”
“Nayun, that’s worth 10, 000 SP… I don’t have any SP anymore….” Hajin begs Nayun to see reason. Even if Hajin wants to rechallenge Baal’s projection, Hajin cannot anymore as his SP has returned to hundreds. “The SP I have is enough for Jonghak and Rachel’s training on the 2nd floor. As you guys know, Hyon will be replacing me on meeting up with the Chameleon Troupe as a member of Sinful. Hyon must get stronger.”
“Speaking of Hyon, can we see what is he up to?” Suho asks.
Outside the Tower, the trio heads to the [Round Table] to have a more comfortable viewing place. Hajin uses two streaks of his stigma to project a hologram video feed of Hyon Hyung fighting Chae Nayun’s clone with 60% power.
“SCREW YOU! NAYUN! YOU DAUGHTER OF YOUR MOM!” The Hyon Hyung in the video is running frantically around in hopes of outrunning Nayun’s clone who is explosively chasing him bare-handed.
“Ugh…” Nayun’s veins in her forehead are throbbing, expressing her temper. “I am pissed, and at the same time feel bad for him… Why is my clone not using a sword?”
Hajin succinctly replies. “It is to emulate Cheok Jungyeong’s fighting style. Moreover, you are fairly strong with fist fighting too. I recall you mix them with your swordsmanship.”
“Hmmm… I am still pissed. Go me! Fuck him!” Nayun crassly cheers for her own clone who within a single bound, kicks Hyon’s head brutally so that his head explodes into lights. “Wow… That is gruesome…”
Even Suho flinches at how brutal Nayun’s clone is, despite the lack of blood. The next second after Hyon respawns, he starts running again with Nayun’s clone on his tail. “Uuhmm… Do your best, Hyon Hyung!”
Hajin realizes that Hyon’s hell should be left for another time. He changes the channel and switches to the second floor where a combination of Jonghak and Rachel is fighting a mob of Djinns, and even a few human villains in the mix. It is a hack-and-slash.
There are so many enemies surrounding them, and the wave of enemy after enemies doesn’t end. When Rachel has bottomed out her magic power, Jonghak will be fighting the others while protecting Rachel. After exhausting Jonghak’s magic power, it will be Rachel’s turn to defend both of themselves.
“Jonghak has not learned is [Black Flames] yet?” Suho asks out of curiosity, but this only serves to sadden Nayun.
Nayun explains. “I don’t know why. You did great, Suho, and your charge is doing well, but Jonghak… has become too reasonable. I think the source of his [Black Flames] is his unbridled arrogance, so I thought of improving his self-esteem. But it is not working. Nothing is…”
Suho adds. “I don’t think, him receiving help from me and Hajin is helping him… Rachel’s growth is influenced by the help of you two, but Jonghak… is someone who grows through individuality. I don’t know about the future, but I certainly have thought of Jonghak as a rival since the Agent Military Academy.”
“I think he should have a chance to talk with Yeonha.” Hajin opines.
Nayun shakes her head, aware of Jonghak’s refusal. “I asked Jonhak to talk to her once, but he refused. He is hardheaded just like before, but he lacks that straightforwardness that I remember from him.”
The three continue to watch Jonghak’s and Rachel’s teamwork until they get tired of it. In the end, the trio decides to break off to attend to more productive endeavors.
Hajin continues on accumulating his SP as he shows off in the [Surface Cube]’s training grounds his improving abilities. Suho remains on [Under Cube] meditating on his swordsmanship. Nayun being inspired by fist fighting starts experimenting on a new method of combat.
After two more weeks since Nayun, Suho, and Hajin’s exit from the tower, Jonghak and Rachel finish their training and have exhausted the prepaid services of the Tower courtesy of Hajin’s spending of SP.
With a total of three weeks outside the tower and sixty-three days inside, Jonghak and Rachel have reached a new level of strength.
“You did well.” Jonghaks compliments Rachel, who simply hums in response.
“I will be going on the surface now. There is a lot for me to do as the festival is now close at hand. But first, I will have to report to the leader.” Rachel adds as she excitedly leaves Jonghak on his own. The two have grown casual with each other, on the level of fellow comrades at arms.
Jonghak watches Rachel get away from him with self-pity. “I am weak…” He admits the cruel truth of his inferiority against Rachel who he initially thought to be below him. When Jonghak endures for an hour straight, Rachel will do easily as triple.
Slowly, Jonghak is feeling tired of it all. What meaning is even there in pursuing strength?
He lumbers to his accommodation, wishing to sleep for himself.

I scramble to Hajin, dramatically hugging his ties. “Maaan~! I missed you so much! How are our kids!? Have you married them to anyone yet?”
“The what!?” Hajin replies ludicrously.
“How about Suho? Did you marry our eldest son to Yun Seung Ah already?”
“Is it that you have gone crazy from too much training? Or... is this your normal you... I… I am sorry, my bad…”

After being a drama queen, and teasing Hajin over it, I finally let go of my grudge and left him.

I rest for a day at my accommodation in [Under Cube]. Looks like Hajin has done some refurbishing. It is an excellent move on my part to give Hajin access to [Under Cube]’s furnishings. The other stuff like my gear as the Sin of Sloth can come later. I need my rest. The mental exhaustion is definitely there.
Thankfully, I did not get any nightmares. Before I sleep, I dread Nayun’s gigantic sword, Suho's flashy sword, and Hajin’s bullets suddenly coming at me. But none of that will happen now. I convince myself to sleep without any further complications.
When I wake up, I excitedly peruse on my data exhilarated to learn my gains.

I might really have gone crazy from too much training. The increase of stats is within expectations, so is the arts, and the increase of synchronization with the [AI System]. I did not expect the addition of a new physique though.

This is going to be a Chameleon Troupe Arc! The Savant of Sloth will soon be making his debut next. Still writing on what it is gonna be, but the general idea is already there.
