The entrance ceremony is taking place in the lecture hall.

The headmaster, Valdemar Solomon, explains the school.

 Solomon School of Magic.

An educational establishment with the main purpose of training excellent magicians.

It is also the setting for the original game Heroes of the Deadly Sins and Heroes of Destiny.

Graduates become royal officials or adventurers, but the fact that it is an establishment independent of the royal family and the Adventurers' Guild is a principle and a pretext.

The school needs money to operate, and the support of the royal family, the Adventurers' Guild and the nobility is indispensable.

There is a middle school and a high school, after which students can progress to specialised courses.

 Magic Studies, Teacher Training.

 And the Heroics Department.

The courses are intended to nurture people who are arrogant, easily enraged, jealous, lazy, greedy, gluttonous and lustful.

In the original story, the educational policy was successful in defeating the demon tribe.

However, they became the enemy of humanity, and the enemy only changed from the demon tribe to the deadly sin heroes.

In the distant past, when the Kingdom of Athrun was troubled by the threat of demons and empires, a man called Solomon appeared out of nowhere and brought magic to the country.

Solomon, the founder of the kingdom, founded the Solomon Magic Academy.

Some believe that Solomon was the descendant of a god or a demon.

The ranking system of this academy is about to be explained.

 The rankings are made public.

The ranking competitions are recorded by magical tools and can be viewed anytime by anyone in the academy.

even those outside the school if requested and authorised by the academy.

Classes are divided into S, A, B, C and D in order of rank. (The classes usually start with 20 students each, but due to a number of students dropping out, there are classes with less than 20 students.)

The ranking system consists of grade, middle and upper school ranking and all-school ranking. (The reason why the upper secondary and all-school ranking are separated is because there is a possibility that someone from the middle school may be ranked first in the all-school ranking).

The higher ranked person can challenge the lower ranked person, (There is basically no advantage in challenging lower-ranked students or. However, because of the perfect merit system, they can apply for a match in order to show off their own abilities to their opponents or to bring opponents they don't like to their knees).

The top and senior students who are asked to fight are generally not allowed to refuse. (In the case of illness, injury or family circumstances, the school will make the final decision.)

Subordinates and underlings have the right to refuse a challenge.

... the winner takes the opponent's position in the rankings. (If a different grade is the opponent, only the middle school ranking, high school ranking and all grades ranking may change, but not the grade ranking).

... The defeated party loses one ranking. (If another grade is the opponent, the middle school ranking, high school ranking and all grade rankings may only change, but not the grade ranking).

 The challenge uses chess pieces.

King can challenge anyone on campus (including teachers), but is immediately expelled if defeated. (Teachers do not have the right to challenge and chess pieces. However, he/she only accepts a challenge from a student. It is understood that teachers do not have the right to refuse a challenge. This is because, in a school where merit is paramount, it is natural that teachers should have the ability to kick out a challenge from a student. (It is possible for the student to withdraw the challenge after a certain period of deliberation.)

The queen may only challenge those who are up to three grades and one hundred ranks above her. (Middle School to High School possible).

Rooks may only apply to play up to two grades and up to 50 ranks above them. (Secondary to senior high not possible).

Bishops may only register against those up to two grades and up to 30 ranks above them.

Knight may only apply to play against those up to 10 ranks in the same grade.

Pawns may only apply to play against those up to five ranks above them in the same grade.

The following is a list of the rules for the treatment of pieces when a lower-ranked player challenges a higher-ranked player.

The winner can use any piece from the higher ranked opponent to the lower ranked opponent.

The winner gets his betting piece back and his opponent's piece.

The loser loses the piece he bet on.

Pieces are magically controlled by their current owner, and ownership changes are not permitted outside of the game.

The winner has no limit to the number of matches per day.

There is no challenge limit for the winner. (The winner must continue to be challenged as long as he/she keeps winning. Therefore, they are allowed to continue to collude and apply to play against higher-ranked parties. The winner must continue to win in order to raise up true strongmen. However, challenges can only be made at permitted times. (This is because it is not permissible to deprive the winner to rest or sleep).

The defeated loses the right to challenge for two weeks. (As for challenges to the loser, the higher-ranked and lower-ranked opponents are replaced after the match, so multiple challenges from the same opponent can be rejected using the rules, as the low-ranked opponent has the right to refuse a challenge from the higher-ranked opponent. However, they can also be allowed at their discretion. (If it is not the same person as the previous match, the higher-ranked player can refuse, while the lower-ranked player does not have the right of refusal.)

If a person loses three times to the same person, he loses the right to challenge that person for six months; if he loses five times, he loses the right to challenge for one year; and if he loses ten times, he loses the right to challenge eternally.

The rule of non-fighting (non-winning) is in place. (This is a rule to avoid an actual match if a higher-ranked competitor decides that a lower-ranked competitor who has offered a challenge is stronger than he or she is. This is to avoid unnecessary damage. The higher-ranked party surrenders his rank and pieces to the lower-ranked party who challenges him. No actual match is held, but the match remains in the official records. The loser drops one rank as well as the regular underdog. ( Failing challenger is deprived of the right to challenge for two weeks like a normal loser).

The first year of middle school usually starts with 100 people, but the number drops to about 10 in the third year of high school due to a number of dropouts.

The secondary school has about 230 students, but the senior high school has about 70.

'Oh come on, seriously, ......'

'That's too harsh. ......'

Students listening to the explanation are buzzing.

The system is also known as the "devil's game" or the " shitty game".

The higher the rank, the more facilities and magic tools are available, and the more benefits one receives.

However, the higher the rank, the more intense the fire is.

The lower the rank, the more restricted facilities and magical equipment one receives.

It may seem safe to stay in the lower ranks, but rankings do not improve and grades and promotion assessments are affected.

Heroes of the Deadly Sins and Heroes of Destiny is a basic RPG, but there is also a romance aspect.

It cannot be called a fun school life .......

A lot of students are expelled from academy, so it is normal that a bunch of guesses are expelled from academy.

It is not enough to survive oneself.

It was necessary to make a movement to protect the guesses, while staying in the system yourself.

This system not only meant that those at the top could enjoy various benefits, but also that those whom they did not like should be crushed by force.

The lower ranks, of course, retain the right to refuse a challenge, but they can also show off their power by turning the tables on those who challenge them.

It is truly a principle of supremacy of merit.

First year middle school students are free to defeat third year high school students, make them their servants or bring them to their knees.

As long as they are strong, they are allowed to do anything.

'When can we start ranking fights? I already have an opponent I want to fight."

Albert is already interested in a ranking fight.

'Is it me he wants to fight?' He asked the question as soon as the headmaster had finished his explanation.

'Normally, the rules are explained again by the teachers in the respective classrooms, but that's fine. I'll take you all to the magic arena."

Unexpectedly, the first ranking match was to be held.
