Magnus remembered that the maker of the tower, Gustave Eiffel, had also built a secret apartment. But it was closed permanently since the old man was dead. But Magnus was on this trip to make Emma happy, and that's what she will get.

"There is one apartment, but it's closed. However, for you, I can literally pluck the moon. Just wait, someone will come to greet us on their own." Magnus replied and secretly waved his wand.

Immediately the magic that kept them unrecognised was gone. "Excuse me, can I have more wine?" Magnus called the waiter.

In a single glance, he noticed the eyes of the waiter widening. Even the other guests had their jaws hanging open. But the place Magnus was known to be highly expensive, hence none came to bother him.

Except for the restaurant manager. The man came smiling happily. Magnus usually used magical means to travel around the world and conduct his business, although he had travelled the world, officially he rarely left the nation.

Now, he was the most famous human on the planet, the richest too possibly.

"Your majesty, we were not informed of your visit, or we could have prepared well." The manager tried to sound as respectful as possible.

Magnus waved his hand, "No problem. The food is delightful. The view is also charming. I'm on a personal trip so there isn't much buzz. By the way, can I meet with someone from the Société d'Exploitation de la Tour Eiffe?"

The man frantically waved his hand towards his assistant at the back, as if shooing him away.

"Of course, your Majesty. If I may, I would like to suggest that you take the seats at our State Guest table in the restricted section. You can have better privacy and view there." The manager said.

Magnus noticed the people around him enviously watching. He sighed and denied, "It's okay, maybe next time when I come with the whole family. And honestly, sitting with people around gives a better natural experience. We're already done with dinner anyway."

"Please, then the dessert is on the house. And... If you don't mind, can we take a picture for the wall of fame?" The manager asked him.

He looked at Emma for her approval. She nodded with no care. "Sure."

This was how Magnus and Emma got their photo immortalised in the Eiffel Tower. One day, the photo will be placed in the museum that will be made in the tower. The value of the photo will be priceless.

Soon, someone from the managing department came to talk with Magnus. Since he was a man of extremely high status, the man sent was a managing director.

They talked in private this time. He plainly requested, "I want to live for the night in Gustave's room."

The man got nervous, "Ah, sir. We don't let anyone enter there anymore. It's restricted to all people. You can see it, however, but living will be impossible. We are going to make it a museum soon."

Magnus sighed and took out his phone. He called the Minister for Magic of France. "Yes, Louis, I'm in Paris with my wife for our honeymoon. I want to stay a night at Gustave's apartment."

The minister on the other side cursed the managing staff, "Those damn morons. Your Majesty, it was your teacher, Nicolas Flamel who funded the tower's creation. He still owns the landmark, but has leased it to the Paris government for 1000 years. So of course you can stay there, I don't want Flamel to get annoyed and sell that tower for scraps. Please wait there."

Hearing the story, Magnus didn't know whether to laugh or cry. He just wanted to live the night here, not put the existence of the poor tower at risk.

Soon, the phone of the manager rang and he nodded. Magnus nodded for different reasons. FutureTek had captured 90% of the mobile phone market already. Nearly every phone out there was a model from his company. It was satisfying to see.

"The development company has agreed. I will go and bring the keys."

Magnus thanked, "Good, I will make a donation of 10 million dollars to your company. Paint the tower or something with it if you want."

Feeling awkward, the managing director headed out. Next, the restaurant manager returned. Sir, I will be organising room service for your secret stay. Would you like to order something specific for the dinner that needs preparing?"

Magnus allowed Emma to request, "Umm, just make the best juicy steak you can, we like it done medium, by the way. Get the best wine you can, also some desserts. Ummm... A few local snacks too for the night, and do you have weed..."

Magnus quickly interrupted before she could complete say her words, "Yes, wedding heart-shaped balloons... Actually, forget that part. Just arrange the food."

Once the manager was gone, he glared at her, "Damn girl, you want to destroy my name or something?"

She laughed uncontrollably, "Come on, I was going to say something else."

...

That night, Magnus made sure there were no surveillance instruments in the apartment first. Then charmed the place with magic to stop anyone from spying.

They stood outside their apartment and looked at the beautiful city, shining with lights.

"Now this is beautiful and romantic," Emma muttered.

He agreed and hugged her from behind, "Yup, it was really worth it. You know, we could've just asked Duck to come and fly on his back."

"Oh, he's such a baby. He would've asked to sleep near us and we don't have that much space. But we will make it up to him later by living in Camelot." She lovingly said. Duck was truly a baby as he called them mum and dad already. The big boy was on cloud nine after Magnus married. Grandma Martha told them that for a whole day Duck flew across the entire Camelot island and told everyone he had a mum now.

"Let's go to sleep now, I gotta drive tomorrow." He retreated.

She chuckled, "Oh you, I know exactly what kind of sleeping you want."

...

The night spent on the Eiffel tower was wonderful. Especially seeing the sunrise in the morning.

But they had to go now. Funny enough, he found a parking ticket on his car. He forgot to pay up yesterday.

But who cared? He got in and headed to the small Principality of Monaco, a sovereign city-state. It was a highly rich region with most of its population being high-income. Though their population was just a few thousand.

Most of the money the people made was from tourism, expensive and rich-class tourism to be exact. People came there on their big yachts or helicopters to spend money and pamper themselves.

Magnus had already bought a house on a hill with an amazing view of the coastal city and the sea. It was big enough for his family that will join next month.

...

"Ah, finally." Magnus drove the car into the property and parked. He got out and stretched his back, it was the best feeling in the world.

Emma too did the same. She was wearing a loose white shirt and a black skirt slightly shorter than her knee. He admired the view. It was still November so the temperature had not fallen that low.

"I wanna take a bath in the pool. Girl, get your swimsuit out." He started to unbutton his shirt.

She grinned, "Oh, but I was thinking of maybe... Bathing in my birthsuit."

Magnus waved his wand to ensure there was nobody around. "Well, that's even better. I'll be waiting."

Without waiting he ran to the swimming poop and jumped in. The pool was in a location where you can have the best view of the city and sea.

Soon Emma joined and they drank and ate merrily. Then followed some fun activities, they had never done it in a pool and let's just say, they enjoyed the new experience.

...

It was time to relax. Magnus called for house service that evening. From cooks to waiters and even some Masseuse.

Magnus and Emma were laying on the massage table while two women worked on them masterfully. He was paying them triple the money just because he was enjoying his time.

*Bang*

But then he heard loud thunder, "Ugh... Is it going to rain? I wanted to swim in the pool again and see the city lights."

"Sweet, I always wanted to swim in rain," Emma was as crazy as always.

An hour later they dressed up for dinner, cooked by the best chefs in the city, but how can their day be normal?

"Sir, there's a situation outside. A woman is here to meet you, she says she won't leave unless you see her. She has a little baby with her." The waiter entered and informed.

Magnus looked at Emma, confused. In normal circumstances, a woman would feel it was something to do with cheating, but she knows Magnus' poor little dragon couldn't breathe healthy fire.

"Who even knows I'm here?" He wondered and walked to the front door. It was still raining heavily outside. Emma followed behind.

"Who's here to spoil my night an..." He paused as soon as he opened the door.

There sat a blonde woman on the ground, looking pathetic, but still having the charm of the mature beauty of a high-class lady. Despite her dishevelled hair, she looked good. But there were dark circles under her blue eyes, her clothes looking dirty and oversized, her body seemed malnutritioned.

But there was no pity or sympathy in Magnus' eyes. He looked at the woman on the ground in an angry gaze, rain now falling on both. "Why have you come here now, Narcissa?"
