Issei lifted up his head, saw Rias, scanned her, then bowed his head down and closed his head.
One thing that kept him alive so far was his skills and intelligence he was able to judge people.
Not just people but what kind of situation is the person is in, that won't take much time to figure out, Issei's deduction skills were off the charts.

After a short while, the match ended with Gremory's being the victor.
"Looks like the wind's with us, Sona" Rias makes a sarcastic comment.

The Club and the Student Council were sitting in the Occult Research Club room while Sona and Rias were in the inner room playing chess;
"Ise-kun what do you think who will win?" Kiba asks Issei.
"Mr. Handsome, when it comes to power, our Prez is stronger than Student Council President, but when it comes to techniques, skills and battle strategies, the Council President bests her, so it will be her victory over our Prez, and it will be quite overwhelming…" Issei said.
Both the Gremory team and the Sitri group stared at him, at that very moment Rias and Sona came out of the room.
"My, I lost big time, sorry everyone" Rias says, patting her own head.
Everyone stares at Issei once again,
"Told you so, mu deductions are never wrong" he replies to everyone's question in their mind.
"As for the final match, the duel we have decided it will be my [Pawn] Vs Rias's [Pawn]" Sona says
"So, I need to beat up, this Gremory dog" Saji says.
"I wish you good luck" Issei replies back as both of them move out of the room.
"Guess, this will be my win, Rias" Sona says as she fixes her glasses.
