Issei went into deep thought, '[Prison Dragon Armament], huh, a dragon-king's soul?"
"What's the matter, afraid, butt face?" Saji's words which were filled with curses snapped Issei back to reality.
"Hmmm….. [Prison Dragon Armament], Vitra Dragon is it?" Issei's first words came out like this.

"Yes, Vitra Dragon, one of the nine dragon's soul's gears, also called the prison dragon who's [Dark Flame of Confinement] are strong enough to bind 'God in the Bible'"
"Eh!" Saji first time heard this, he knew that it's a dragon based gear but, he never knew anything much about it nor his master explained much because she didn't knew much about dragon based gears, but the man he insulted gave him such info even before the fight began, at some point in his heart he was grateful.
"But-" Issei says…
"But, what?"
"That scared gear of yours is incomplete"
"Incomplete, wha-what do you mean?" Saji, was astonished, incomplete he didn't quite get it.
"That, bug mode, is just where you can use [Vitra Flames] and [Basic Bind]"
"How, did you—", the battle had not yet began but Saji already figured out one thing, the man in front of him was quiet knowledgeable…he really wanted to praise him, but he did say quite a huge amount of mean things to him.
He did regret what he said later on, but it was a little too late to apologize or maybe not, in the end Saji wasn't a bad guy, he was just a bit arrogant.
"[Prison Dragon Armament], has two gear nodes, which means two gear parts, in each hands which covers the entire arm, the right arm of Vitra, [Binds] a target and automatically uses [Vitra's Prison Curse] while the left arm of Vitra, uses [Dark Flames of Agony] and [Immortal Curse] which burs down the enemy"
"Wait, wait, it's too much to take in what's, what's the [Immortal curse] is?" Saji was now lost the track of his thoughts.
"When the user of [Prison Dragon Armament] dies, the [Immortal Curse] is placed on the killer and the nearby enemies and within an hour's time [Dark Flames of Agony] kicks in and kills the enemies, that's why it's also termed [Vitra's Revenge]" finally Issei stopped explaining.
While Saji was memorizing what Issei just said, 'Ok, ok so there are so many things I do not know, about this thing in my arm, god dammit' his thoughts were in turmoil.
"Your servant, is quite knowledgeable, Rias" Sona speaks up as she watches both of the youth.
"He certainly is" Rias replies back with a smile on her lips which indicated how much beautiful she actually was.
"Well, I have shown my gear, show yours and let's begin the duel" Saji says with a burning passion.
"Sorry, to say this Saji, but I will tell you the truth, you are not mighty enough for me to draw my gear, my bare hands are enough" Issei replies
"What did you say, Hyodo?"
"You heard me, had you trained yourself a little more to get a complete sacred gear then I would surely use my gear, but the current you isn't strong enough"
"It's not tru-"
Issei cuts off in the middle and says. "It is Saji, the very simple reason is being demon has blinded you and put in the path of arrogance, unless you find your own fault, you can never grow"
"Shut up, you have no right to judge me, just have a duel I will make you use your gear" Saji yells.
Issei only smiles wryly and sighs.
The vice president of student council Tsubaki steps up and says "This will be a simple duel, a complete knock out is victory, killing not allowed, Now! START!!!"
"[Basic Bind]" Saji yells and a black ropes ejects from his bug faced gear and twirls Issei's right hand, and then Saji yells once again "[Vitra Flames]" the rope sets on dark flames.
Saji smiles he was thinking this was his victory but he got his answer in the next instant.
*Shatter*
The rope breaks down, the flame vanishes but Issei was unharmed like that flame did nothing.
"How, is it possible!!??" Saji was shocked to his core.
"I told you, you are not mighty enough, find your flaws before you face me" Issei said and then he swings his right fist and a huge force rushed towards Saji, he couldn't even comprehend what just occurred and in the next instant he was unconscious, the ground already had shattered.
Tsubaki steps up and says, "The duel is over, Issei Hyodo wins!"
