Their followers are fanatical, skilled in dark magic and dark manipulation, and, most importantly, they have found a way to weaken the seal that binds the Evil God Seth."
Fear and determination mingled on the faces of Zero, Kale, Maia, Lucas, and Luna as they absorbed the gravity of Elder Thalos's words.
"But why Seth, an Evil God?" Kale asked. "What does he want? What's the purpose behind all this chaos?"
Elder Thalos sighed, a heavy weight in his chest. "The motives of the cult are still unknown, but the resurrection of Seth would bring unimaginable power into their hands and could lead to destruction around the world. Perhaps their goal is to dominate the world or bring back the old era."
Zero, driven by grief and anger, clenched his fists. "We must stop them. We can't let them succeed."
Maia nodded in agreement. "But how can we stop a cult that's so deeply entrenched in darkness? We are too weak; we'll just get ourselves killed."
Elder Thalos looked thoughtful. "You are right, Maia. You children are too weak to fight. You would only get yourselves killed."
"You said that we are too weak, Elder," Zero said, bowing down and begging. "Please make us strong."
Elder Thalos couldn't help but see the determination in Zero's eyes. He thought to himself, "Perhaps this child is the hope of this world. I hope he won't stray from his path."
As Zero bowed and begged, the treehouse door swung open, and an aura of ancient wisdom and power filled the room. An elderly woman similar appearance to the villager she also have deer yet human appearance, her presence commanding attention, entered.
"Ho-ho-ho, this is an interesting sight to see," the old woman said, her voice filled with wisdom and curiosity.
Elder Thalos welcomed her with respect. "Ah, Elder Seraphina."
"Master," Lucas said as he bowed down for his master, showing deep respect and admiration.
"Seraphina, Grandma," said Luna innocently, excited to see Elder Seraphina.
"How many times have I told you not to call me grandma? (sigh) My dear Luna, call me Auntie or Sister," Elder Seraphina said, she always angry and embarassed when someone called her grandma as she wants to be called more youthful.
"Hahahaha, anyway, do you think I didn't notice? I know that you were just hiding and listening to our conversation earlier," Elder Thalos said with wisdom and intellect, addressing Luna's eavesdropping.
"As expected of you, Master Thalos, you can sense my aura even though I was hiding it so that no one could sense me, not even Lucas here could sense it. Ahhahahaha (laughing)," Elder Seraphina said. She had already expected that Elder Thalos could sense her presence. Elder Thalos was the Current oldest and wisest living being in the village of Seer, the current leader of the village ,Thalos Vonioda The Grandson of The Sage Warrior (Sagre Vonioda).
The trio was shocked to see this mysterious elderly woman.
"Who is this, Elder Thalos?" Zero asked, still bowing.
"Ahem (clearing his throat), oh pardon me, this is Elder Seraphina Starlen, one of the elders of this village. She is an expert of Drune Technique and Aura. Her mastery over it is top-notch. She is also knowledgeable about the secrets of our world. She was once a guardian of the village and was the one who trained Lucas back then," Elder Thalos said as he introduced Seraphina.
Lady Seraphina, known for her vast knowledge, smiled kindly at the group. "I sensed a gathering of young warriors in need of guidance. My dear children, if you seek strength, perhaps i could help you all."
The room was filled with newfound hope, and the children,and began to realize that their journey was about to take a pivotal turn. They were about to learn from one of the most knowledgeable and powerful beings in their world.
