It only took a week to gather all the necessary information. Tsumugi had been even more motivated than usual after her first big success.

She placed the paperwork on the desk in front of him, giving him a nice view of her assets. He was happy he noticed this because it meant he was finally starting to physically be able to be aroused again. Something he had missed for a decade now. He had been able to appreciate their beauty, but purely from an aesthetic point of view until recently. It was the floor plans and guard schedule he needed for his infiltration attempt. They had even managed to get the patient information for Himiko which included her room number and schedule which would make this job much easier since he wouldn't have to look for her once inside.
It didn't take him long to memorise everything completely with his improved memory allowing him to recall it on the fly during the mission if he needed to update his strategy due to changes on the ground.
He also went over the information Mio was able to pull from their systems regarding Himiko. It was confirmed that their treatment of their "patients" was indeed pretty abysmal. Himiko had only been there for a couple weeks and they were already using severe electroshock and starvation to try to reprogram her from the desire to bite and consume human blood. Unfortunately, from the date they had so far it seemed they had not been very successful with forcing her to consume alternatives such as animal blood or other blood alternatives leading to her further starvation of blood. They had been unable to find an alternative so far and were only giving her human blood when absolutely necessary.
They were also giving her the electroshock treatment when they did feed her human blood out of fear that she would otherwise grow her addiction to human blood. James' knew he was a monster himself, but what kind of monster gives an 11 year old electroshock treatment whenever they eat. He was more of the type to celebrate people indulging their desires so long as they didn't clash with his wishes. He didn't really recall if that had been the case in his last life, but maybe that was just to amount of time that had passed since then.
"Good." he said to Tsumugi before pulling out his cellphone and making a quick call.
"Mio, you did a great job. I'm very happy seeing your growth." he said with a smile as soon as the dial tone ended and before the person on the other side could even start anything he had already said what he wanted to say and hung up. He could always have asked Tsumugi relay this, but he needed to give his people little rewards and appreciation to keep them motived. Just the threat of death alone was not enough to get people to give you their 100% in the long run so the carrot and stick were also necessary even if they weren't being outright insubordinate or did a good job.
In a dark room lit up mostly with monitors a girl was sitting on a luxury office chair still holding on to her phone while sporting a pout and a blush. She was wearing large round glasses covering a lot of her face and had black slightly messy bed hair splitting into two braids in the back. She was on the shorter side, but since she was only 15 yet she swore she was still in her growing phase. James would often tease her that he would surpass her height in to time.
"Mou, what a jerk." she said though she didn't sound near as mad as she wished she did. Then she looked at the desktop of one of the side monitors that showed a photo of her boss and the pout quickly faded leaving just the blush.
"At least he noticed." she confirmed to herself with a smile causing the dimples to show on her still slightly chubby cheeks before she refocused on her work.
Back in the mansion James was looking out the window onto the estate garden as he carefully thought through his plan for getting Himiko out of the facility. Mio would take care of the cameras since she already managed to infiltrate their systems and all he needed to do was move through the facility without anyone noticing him or at least seeing his face as he extracted her from the facility.
He forwarded his plans to Mio since she would be included as support on this job while Tsumugi was already familiar being present as he drafted the plans. He got Mio to hack the school systems to enter some false records making a false identity for Himiko as an exchange student placed with James which was forwarded to his parents as to why she would be staying with them. His mom was actually excited that he might actually make a second friend since he had been so distant from all classmates aside from Momo so she gladly went along with it hoping her son was showing some growth.
It only took a few days to find an occasion where both of his parents were out of the house and he was able to manipulate things so he could leave the house. Tsumugi helped him into a skintight black compound kevlar weave combat suit, he doubted he actually needed as he could already shrug off low caliber guns. However, it was better to be safe than sorry.
"Be careful sir." she said as she zipped the last zipper up his back now covering everything except his head. There were two slits along the back configured to allow for his wings the unfurl.
He strapped a large combat knife to behind his waist and some smaller ones along his thighs.
Finally he put on a throat mic and inserted a low profile earpiece both of which he connected to his suit.
"Mio, can you hear me." he asked as he pressed a spot on his suit.
"Loud and clear." Mio response came from his earpiece.
Tsumugi opened the balcony window for him allowing him to take off as soon as her unfurled his wings that had grown even larger over the years allowing him to disappear from the estate in seconds using Mio's directions to quickly get to the facility.
"Initiate the scrambling protocol." he told Mio as he was finally watching over the facility from the sky.
Mio intercepted the security feeds giving her the true feed, while she forwarded a loop to the actual security team.
This was going to be his first time to let loose and actually fight true enemies unlike all his training.
