Many days had passed, and Mizuto didn't expect that his days would go on like this. Nothing changed much except for the fact that he had acquired one of the largest construction companies in this country, Obayashi Corporation.

He acquired this construction company, which also happened to be one of the five major construction companies in this country.

If there was a reason why he decided to acquire this company, it was because this company announced it planned to build a space elevator in 2050.

The space elevator was something that he had always wanted to do, and with his job as a "Real Estate Developer," he believed that he could do it. Moreover, this company also had a lot of knowledge, experience, patents, complete tools, human resources, facilities, and many other things to build a variety of types of buildings, from high-rise buildings to towers and many other facilities.

For your information, this company was also the company that built the famous Tokyo Skytree and Kyoto Tower.

Mizuto knew that this company was also a step for him to build his cosmic kingdom.

After all, there was no doubt that a building was basic, one of the most important factors for one to achieve whatever goal one wanted.

Even when one started a civilization, the first thing they did was to build a house, right?

Having a construction company would make it easier for him to achieve many of his goals. Moreover, with many of his businesses and the effect of the skills from the "Businessman" job, he knew that this construction company wouldn't lack projects.

Nevertheless, after he finished the acquisition of this construction company, it didn't mean that he was going to stop. Instead, he continued to move forward as he hadn't forgotten about his goal of becoming the "King of Logistics."

This goal of his was necessary, especially when he wanted to achieve the next steps.

Still, except for his business kingdom, his days as a student were also rather peaceful, especially when there weren't any women who caused him trouble. Moreover, even though he might be the main character, it didn't mean that there would be a special event every single day.

If such a day happened every day, then he wouldn't be able to do his job.

Nevertheless, it didn't mean nothing changed.

First, there was no doubt that his relationship with Akatsuki and Reina became even closer. Moreover, as he had planned to rent an apartment, they also did their preparation, so when the weekend came, there was no need for them to waste their time searching around the city.

The first requirement of choosing this apartment was no doubt that it should be close to their school, but not that close, so their friends wouldn't see them. Nevertheless, it should be close enough for him and Reina. Lastly, it also had to be close to the station so Akatsuki could go home easily to her home.

With all of those requirements, the two girls worked hard and often discussed which apartment they should visit on the weekend.

As for which apartment should they rent? They decided to make that decision later when they visited the place.

Nevertheless, Mizuto knew that their excitement was a bit too much, yet he wasn't going to deny their excitement as he also understood why they were excited.

A home.

This was a place for a family, a core of everything.

While they didn't know what their future would be, there was no doubt his decision to rent an apartment for them meant that he had decided to be responsible for them.

Some might say that a house wasn't necessary since they could even sleep in the caravan, but Mizuto said otherwise, since if you had money, would you live in a caravan?

If one had money, wouldn't it be natural for one to wish to build the best home in their imagination?

Mizuto had money, and even if he spent it, it wouldn't empty his wallet, so why should he hesitate to rent a place for the three of them?

Yet, he had to say they wasted their time since when the weekend came, he planned to go to the real estate broker so they could get help to search for an apartment.

This was the fastest way, after all, but when he talked about this, the topic quickly turned into which real estate broker they should visit, which made him helpless.

Still, this problem aside, the three of them hadn't forgotten that there was someone who knew about their relationship.

Oumae Kumiko.

This girl... Mizuto thought about the girl he met on the first day of school—this plain, flat-chested girl with a black heart. Those were his impressions of her, and with such impressions, he should have been worried about her, yet he knew that there was no need to worry about her.

Probably, it was his luck and how apart their class was that he hadn't met Kumiko after he had made up his mind to take care of Reina.

What about Akatsuki and Reina?

While Akatsuki's relationship with Kumiko was rather good, it didn't mean that they were going to talk every day, and Akatsuki's attitude toward Kumiko was wait and see. It was also because she hadn't spoken or met Kumiko, so she was in a similar situation to him.

As for Reina?

With her personality, it would be a miracle if Reina would take the initiative to talk with Kumiko.

Reina's personality was like that. If she didn't have an interest, she would simply ignore it and just maintain basic politeness. It didn't mean that she was bad, but there was something that she wanted to achieve, and it was a waste of time to talk with Kumiko, especially when she knew that Kumiko wouldn't say anything.

Even if Kumiko said anything?

Hehehe...

However, from Kumiko's expression, Reina knew that everything would be alright. After all, even though they didn't talk, she was still looking at Kumiko, and she also understood instantly.

Nevertheless, whether it was Akatsuki or Reina, they also followed Mizuto's ways of dealing with Kumiko.

If there was no problem, there was no need to make it a problem.

They just continued their life without worry, but then again, Mizuto also spent his time with Nami, especially after he had tasted the taste of such forbidden knowledge.

After that day, Nami knew Mizuto's taste, and instead of dressing in gaudy and sexy styles, she tried to appear like a good and devoted wife who was addicted to the young man's cock when her husband went to work.

At the same time, Nami knew that Mizuto had a bad hobby.

It was also because of Nami's help that Mizuto hadn't attacked his stepmother.

Jokes aside, Mizuto was at Yuu's house again, staying in her room as he learned a new language. He had learned French previously, and this time, he was going to learn a new language. Among all the languages that existed in this world, he had mastered Japanese, English, and also French, so what's next?

As he was thinking, his choices fell into two languages: Indonesian and Russian.

Why did he decide to learn those languages?

It was because it was related to his future business.

After he became a "King of Logistics," his business would be related to those two countries, but in the end, he chose Russia first as it was closer to his country.

With that decision, he came to Yuu's house and got the famous novel from Russia, "Anna Karenina," a story about a wife who cheated on her husband before she decided to commit suicide because she thought that her lover, the man she had cheated with, was cheating.

Mizuto knew that this taste was quite weird, but he liked tragedy and something that didn't end with a happy ending or even dystopian stories, as it reminded him of how to be grateful for his everyday life.

Still, as he read such a story, the door of the room was opened, and Yuu came with a cup of tea and some pastries bought by Mizuto earlier.

Yet, Yuu, who watched Mizuto, who sat on the soft carpet as he read a book in her room, was so relaxed as if this place was his home.

With such a thought, strangely enough, her face was hot.

Still, as Yuu entered her room, she didn't forget to close her door, but at the same time, she wondered, 'Should I lock the door?'
