Just this simple but somewhat well-equipped bedroom was evident enough to support that very fact. But it wasn't truly the fact that she lived in a shithole that annoyed Ursa deep down. It was far more simple and base than anything sophisticated that one could expect from a former queen.
"I know you didn't just mistakenly speak that so, why? Why is it that you feel the need to..."
"What?" Azula scoffed, making herself more than comfortable. While there was a healthy chance that Ursa might really smack her, Azula was somewhat miffed, too. Not at Zuko, no. But at Ursa.

"That is called having respect," Ursa retorted sharply, standing over Azula as the girl sat on the edge of the bed, "And I don't wish to raise children who cannot even respect their parents!"

"And here I thought... even if not in public because of your need to... enjoy and have fun, at least, privately you would have respected me enough..." Ursa narrowed her gaze as Azula's expression froze. There was one thing that actually set 'Princess' Azula straight when Ursa took away her children and it wasn't sentimental, heart-to-heart conversation. Ursa herself had changed after living the life faced by many in desperate poverty.
Though still soft-handed at times, she had disciplined Azula and Zuko several times and while Zuko understood things after a few of these acts of motherly love and responsibility, it was clear that Azula just had a penchant for getting 'disciplined' if the girl's arrangement with Mai was anything to go by.
Ursa silently sat down beside Azula. Even after facing many benders in battle, even if considered a generational talent in fire bending by her uncle, and even if enjoying presenting herself as the proud princess she was... Azula's lips quivered and her body seized to move. Ursa, on the other hand, was very gentle. She bundled her daughter's hair into her clenched fist, positioned Azula's torso over her lap, and used her other hand to pull down her extremely tight and form-fitting leggings that barely left anything to imagination to reveal her pale butt. Ursa's eyelids twitched as she saw a thin, fiery red thong caught between Azula's cheeks and scowled deeper.

Mai, especially, knew of the actual fox behind the facade of all that cuteness who knew how to use her charm to get things done. After all, Ty Lee and her sisters were kind of popular back in the Fire Nation Capital.
"You were just quicker," Ty Lee was speechless at her friend's perception before grinning, "Heh, I lost~ Mai, now don't be shy! Come on, I know you missed me, too~!"
The girl's chortle and absolute submission brought a short, sincere smirk to Mai's lips as she moved away and helped Ty Lee stand up. Yet, she didn't move further, and already aware of Mai's lack of interest in these things, Ty Lee let her entire weight fall on Mai, her arms clasped around her shoulders and their cheek mushed together, Ty Lee mewled, "Oh, it has been many moons! I missed you so much, Mai! Azula, too... but heh, I missed you more!"
Mai rolled her eyes and looked at the amused duo not far from them, "And that is why I told you I need one of you around."
"Aw, don't be like that," Ty Lee grinned and looked at Nik, "Did she ever hug you like this?"
Rubbing the bridge of his nose, Nik chuckled, " I don't think you wanna know the answer to that question."
Mai rolled her eyes yet again as she felt Ty Lee pull back finally. Her brown pupils roamed her baggy clothes as she hummed, "I mean... I did hear you were engaged but these past months, the news about Nik stealing women was just that much more prominent. I really am happy that you found someone you liked... Now," looking at Nik and Suki, Ty Lee remarked, "Can I look around? Oh, can you please teach me how to make things appear and disappear? And... where are we? Nik looked at Mai who has a smirk developing over her lips as if saying— I told you so.
Scoffing and fully intent on showing his skills in handling women of all sorts thanks to his training before all this, Nik's smile broadened. If the other party is too excited, then the best way to start the situation was by exhausting her. Now... since it wasn't THAT kind of situation, Nik opted for the second-best thing, "Well, the best way to actually enjoy ourselves if we're all into it... and after you showed those moves of yours, I want to have a go with you. What about you?"
He looked at Suki who hummed thoughtfully, wondering if the girl in front of her would be an appropriate sacri— addition to Kyoshi's blessing, and nodded, "Most definitely. Even Mai didn't want to get hit by you and since she hasn't spoken a word about your skills... it is expected we taste it ourselves."
