I gathered my spiritual energy at my ten fingertips, and unleashed a barrage of Balas that wiped out the arrogant smile of Di Roy Rinker and Ilfort Granz.

Meanwhile, the blinding light of my attack left the other arrancars momentarily blinded, catching them off guard as the agonized screams of their injured comrades pierced the air.

Blood spread out in the air, staining the white sand, as my balas’ radiance dissipated.

“Asshat!” Grimmjow snarled, launching himself at me with a furious punch.

Shawlong Koufang and Edrad Liones followed closely behind him.

Seeing them not backing off, I couldn’t help but click my tongue in annoyance.

“Your arrogance is your biggest flaw, Grimmjow.” I corrected him, dodging his punch easily. “It is going to cost you dearly.”

Spinning around him, I landed a powerful blow to the back of his head.

He staggered forward, spitting onto the white sands of Las Noches.

However, it wasn't enough to knock him out.

“Damn you.” Shawlong Koufang and Edrad Liones shouted simultaneously.

They thrust their swords forward, their blades slicing through the air, attempting to piercing my defenses.

Yet, I effortlessly intercepted their blades, my hands meeting theirs with a firm grip.

“How?” Edrad mumbled.

I could feel the tremor in his hands as he struggled against my hold.

Keeping my spiritual sense open, I could feel all of my enemies, tense and waiting their turn.

“Take this.” I heard Grimmjow scream behind me.

Before he could attack me, I lifted his two subordinates by their hands, and spun them around with enough force to send them flying through the air toward him.

Grimmjow barely had enough time to react as he cut the flying Edrad by accident, crimson blood spraying in an arc.

The muscled head arrancar flew into the sand, his blood dripping into the sand as his chest became stained by the red.

By his side, Shawlong struggled to lift his body, but he trembled with each attempt.

I didn’t know if he was truly injured or merely buying enough time to come up with a new plan. It wouldn’t surprise me, after all, he was the oldest arrancar around.

Regardless, I couldn’t afford to pay him more attention. The moment Grimmjow released his resurrección, the fight would turn serious and I wanted to avoid such an event.

Ignoring his subordinates, he rushed forward once again, his sword pointed at me.

I swiftly dodged his attack, punching him in the cheek and following it up with a hard left hook on his guts.

His face distorted under the impact, resembling a distorted leather bag. Yet, in that split second, a searing pain shot through my neck.

He had somehow managed to scratch me with his free hand. It was obvious he was willing to trade injury for injury since he knew he couldn’t match my speed.

I brought my hand to my neck, trying to stem the bleeding with a shoddy pseudo healing ability I had picked up from a parrot hollow.

“This is the true fight I've been longing for, Inoue!” Grimmjow laughed excitedly, not minding his own injuries.

I was about to concentrate my spiritual energy atop of my left foot, intending to shoot a small cero, when a familiar killing intent covered the battlefield.

Instinctively, I evaded to my left, I managed to catch a glimpse of Kaname Tousen passing through my previous position.

The blind man stabbed his blade into Grimmjow's left chest, just below his shoulder.

“Grimmjow, you went against Lord Aizen’s order and forced a fellow Espada to fight you and your subordinates.” Kaname calmly pronounced his judgment.

“Shit.” I cursed out loud, knowing what Kaname was about to do.

Without wasting a single second, I quickly unsheathed my sword and used Sonido.

“As a consequence, your punishment shall be the loss of your position as a leader.” Kaname continued resolutely.

“Get away from me, you crazy sicko.” Grimmjow screamed.

Just as Kaname was about to increase his strength to cleave off his arm, I intervened. My sword cut through the blind shinigami’s sword and stopped halfway.

Simultaneously, I pushed Kaname away from Grimmjow with a firm palm strike.

“Sora Inoue, What are you doing?” Kaname snarled, feeling the cut on his sword with his hand. “Do you want to break the rules by stopping his punishment?”

I looked at him with a deadpan look. He was obviously just unleashing his frustrations on a reckless and bothersome arrancar.

“Don't make me laugh. By weakening his own army, you're defying Lord Aizen's laws.” I pointed at the now kneeling Grimmjow to make my point clear.

My fellow Espada gritted his teeth, trying to keep his arm united to his body by not moving much.

“You are going overboard by trying to cripple an Espada.” I retorted.

That was actually true. Even though I had injured Grimmjow fraccion, most of their wounds were light and they would only need a few days to recover.

“In that case, I'll have to discipline you as well!” Kaname declared, preparing to fight me.

I unleashed my true spiritual pressure. Making the air around us vibrate with intensity, and the sand beneath our feet to flatten and ripple.

Around us, the injured arrancar groaned, their wounds worsened by my overwhelming power display.

“It seems you have forgotten who you are dealing with.”

I reminded him, my voice serious.

Kaname clenched his teeth, a bead of sweat rolling down his forehead as he weighed his options.

I clenched my hand as I waited, seconds stretched into what felt like hours. His mind is probably racing through the consequences of his actions and the danger I posed.

"I can’t stop you today, Sora Inoue. But rest assured, your transgressions have not gone unnoticed." He retorted, his tone laced with a mix of frustration and determination. "Soon, Lord Aizen will personally see to your punishment."

With that warning, Kaname turned on his heel, resheathing his sword and leaving me to contemplate the implications of his words.

I knew that Aizen had grown fed up with my messes. The tension between my fracción and his people was slowly increasing, but that was not important.

There was another problem in front of me. How was I supposed to drag five arrancars by myself? After all, I only had two hands to restrain them all.

Aonte Some people have pointed out how the MC likes to go against Aizen. That’s true, but we have to take into account how Aizen only discards his subordinates when they are not useful. “Author’s cough.”
And we know what happens to the arrancars once the war starts… yeah, not pretty…

Omake: Awkward training (2)

Hiyori looked at Ichigo with a fed up expression.

Standing by her side, Shinji grinned mischievously and turned to Ichigo.

“Hey, tell me another story about that Renato guy.” He urged.

Ichigo sighed, this guy was stopping his training just to hear stories about some random foreigner.

Glancing at Hiyori, he noticed her sneaking a peek, pretending not to be interested.

“Well, there was this one time when Renato bought an entire stock of bread just to impress Mrs. Uniyaga.” Ichigo retold.

“Woah, seriously? Why on earth would he need that much bread?” Shinji wondered.

“And when Mrs Uniyaga found out, she was really mad. She scolded him for a whole hour for wasting money.” Ichigo continued.

Hiyori leaned forward, her curiosity getting the best of her. "Then what happened?"

Ichigo grinned. "Well, Renato being Renato, ended up eating all that bread by himself."

Shinji burst into laughter, doubling over with amusement. Hiyori couldn't help but crack a smile, amused by the story.
