Shadow, Cinder, Emerald, Mercury, and Tryian make their way towards Salem's throne room, which was rarely seen by anyone. But dere plans and missions require extreme measures. On the way to Salem's throne, Neo was seen leaning against a blackish lava-stone pillar. She waiting for Shadow when he passed by she stuffed a note inside his jacket pockets. "Hey what hell did you put in my jacket?" Shadow whispers.
Neo giggles and then walks beside Cinder while spinning up her umbrella in the air.
"Now Shadow, I want you to be in your best behavior. I didn't put any cuffs on you because I trust you." Cinder said with such lying words.
'Yeah trust me, my ass. I tried to kill you twice. Don't pull out that motherly crap on me. I never had a mom so it won't work on me, well I did, but she never cared about me...' Shadow shakes off the past from his mind. He was finally in a new world full of epic powers, magical beasts, ruthless Hunters and Huntress who use giant gun-scythes(Ruby) and swords that can shoot out flames and ice(Weiss), since the moment he was reborn into the RWBY he never gave a second thought about his cruel world full of greed, injustice, and corruption.
'Heh, even though I was reborn into the most dangerous land in RWBY, this is the most I have ever felt alive. Fuck my past world...'
Shadow starts to remember his ex-girlfriend smiling and holding his hands as she kisses him in the mouth, behind them bright pearly shooting stars zoom by in the beautiful starry skies. They were at an amusement park. Amber was the only girl who had accepted him for who he was, but it took one fight to ruin everything. He wasn't very good at controlling his emotions and did something bad to her.
'Why am I thinking about my ex? She was the one dumped me for the dumbest of reasons, whatever no use in remembering the past. I never want to go back to Earth...But I wonder if she is okay... I wonder if she had the same fate as me.'
'Hey! I am talking to you! Snap out of it!" Cinder snaps her fingers loudly in front of Shadow's face and he was broken from his train of thoughts.
"Wake up rooky! I don't anyone slowing me down. If we are late to Salem's meeting ill kick your ass." Mercury snarls as he pushes Shadow to the side to show his dominance.
"Tch. If anything you will be slowing me down with your weak powers." Shadow bashes his head against Mercury's forehead, both of them were clashing like wild bulls.
Mercury: "Yeah really? I can't wait to kick your ass and destroy your stupid face with my boots." He slides back his legs into fighting stance, his long spiky silver hair dangles over his angered face.
"Save the fight for some other time boys. We are here." Cinder looks ahead a titan-sized door that was engraved with millions of Grimm skulls.
Shadow, Cinder, Emerald, Mercury, Neo, and Tryian enter Salems throne room in a single file line.
Salem is seen at the upfront throne chair made up of purplish dust crystal stones and grimm bones.
"Ah, so our newest member joins us today. Come to me boy, let me see you up close once more." Salem's dark aura chokes Shadow and freezes his body. He could barely breathe and move, it was like an insane amount of gravity was pushing down on him. Her incredibly powerful aura was something of legends, but was it really aura? Or some other kind of power like dark magic? To be up so close to such a godly power brought a slight sense of fear inside of Shadow.
'Salem dark aura feels more powerful than the first time I have seen her! I can't even breathe! And why is my heart pumping so fast!?' Shadow gripped his chest and breathed heavily. Even with all of his powers and augments, Shadow felt the wrath of Salem's power.
"Do not be afraid boy. I promise I won't bite." Salem waves her hands for him to come over. Shadow instinctively walks over to her, he knew if he angered her he would be beyond dead.
'Hmm, he does look like Ozpin. Everything from his face and hair, however, his eyes are a dark red instead of dark brown. What curse do you bring before me now Ozpin?' Salem leans back against her throne and crosses her heavenly thick thighs which were shown for a split second under her long black dress.
Shadow is now in front of Salem. Both of his hands are inside of his black jean pockets. His white long hair dangled over his red eyes.
"You look like a fearsome hunter indeed. I have seen your battles with Adam, Neo, Cinder, and of course the Grimm. I see everything and I know everything. But I can't seem to understand you." Salem places her overly pale hands, which had purplish colored veins under Shadow's chin. In fact, Salem's whole body was covered with visible purplish veins, she looked like a more evolved humanoid form that was infused with Grimm blood, actually, her veins closely resembled the blackish viscous liquid pools that were found scattered across the Land of Darkness.
"If you want to join me, then you must uphold your eternal creed to me. You must drink this." Salem slits her wrist with her razor-sharp fingernails and lets her blackish blood spill into a glass cup.
'Yeah... I am not doing that. God knows what kind of poison and deadly power is in her blood.' He thinks to himself.
"I am afraid I will have to decline. I don't really trust whatever that is." Shadow points at the glass cup full of Salem's black blood.
"If you don't drink it then I am afraid you will DIE." Salem did not like listening to his response, no one should dare ever refuse an order from the Dark Goddes herself! She taps her fingers on the wooden meeting table and a low creepy screech his heard in the background.
*Ttt ttt ttt click click grrrrh* Weird alien-like noises were drawing closer to Shadow. A floating faceless orb grimm that had 10 long tentacles crept towards his way. It looked like a grimm jellyfish, but it was way worse and more sinister than one.
'Is that a Seer Grimm? This is most diffidently a fucked up situation'
