The battlefield in front of the Dukedom was absolute mayhem.

Rowana placed Slither into Sai hand.

“Be careful,” Rowana said.

Rowana launched herself into the sky, and flew through the air at sound breaking speed. She zip through the battlefield as she rained down poison needles.

Hundreds of Horned Dogs and Brutal Dogs were being slayed by her.

“For the glory of the Great Fairies!” The crusaders yelled out their battle cry as they ran to the battlefield.

Slither moved to Sai's shoulder and twisted around his neck. “What is even going on?”

“Saving the Dukedom. Let's go,” Sai said as he leapt off the carriage and dashed toward the battlefield.

Sai quickly passed by the crusaders who were racing toward a large group of Horned Dogs.

Growl! Growl!

Bark! Bark! Bark!

The group of Horned Dogs were furious to see Sai and all dashed toward him to meet his charge.

From Sai's perception the Horned Dog was as fast as turtles.

Sai delivers a punch to the closest Horned Dog, resulting in the crushing of the dog's head.

Sai kept moving forward and delivering punches after punches to any Horned Dog that neared his range. Each blow targeted the Horned Dogs heads, causing instant fatalities to all those he struck.

Sai sent a roundhouse kick that simultaneously severed the heads of the last three Horned Dogs in the group.

Sai stared at the battlefield looking for his next opponent.

Horned Dogs were rapidly approaching Sai from various directions.

Suddenly, a Horned Dog leapt at Sai from behind.

Sai responded with a powerful donkey kick, swiftly dispatching the attacking Horned Dog.

Simultaneously, three Horned Dogs attempted to assault Sai.

Sai did a roundhouse kick that decapitated all three Horned Dogs heads at the same time.

As Horned Dogs closed in on Sai from all eight directions, he remained unfazed.

He advanced, swiftly delivering a deadly punch to the Horned Dog directly in front of him.

Turning around, he unleashed a flurry of rapid punches, effortlessly dispatching all seven Horned Dogs in a single devastating assault.

Bark! Bark! Bark! Bark! Bark! Bark!

A huge wage of Horned Dogs surged toward Sai in what seemed like an uncountable mass, but he estimated their number to be well over a hundred.

“We need to run!” Slither yelled, giving out a warning.

Sai summoned a rope of green poison from the Greedy Jar. This poisonous liquid rope was meticulously divided into precisely one hundred individual droplets, each transforming into a lethal poison needle.

Sai unleashed these hundred poison needles upon the oncoming wave of Horned Dogs. The deadly projectiles struck the front runner Horned Dogs in the wave. Killing a good chunk of the Horned Dogs.

However, despite this initial assault, the Horned Dog wave remained a formidable and overwhelming force, easily outnumbering the combatants on the battlefield.

Undeterred, Sai once again called forth the poison, crafting another hundred needles, and directed them at the relentless Horned Dog wave. He repeated this action multiple times until the entire wave of Horned Dogs was ultimately eradicated.

Sai felt head getting dizzy. Fatigued from the exertion. "Why are there so many Horned Dogs!?" he yelled.

Boom!

A menacing Brutal Dog descended onto the battlefield, fixing its threatening gaze on Sai.

With deadly intent, the Brutal Dog made a swift charge toward Sai.

Sai reacted swiftly, hurling a Light Silver Needle that struck the Brutal Dog squarely in the face.

Mid-sprint, the Brutal Dog crashed to the ground.

Approaching the fallen beast, Sai splashed poison onto it and declared, "I've dealt with you monster before. I know exactly how to end you."

The Brutal Dog was dead.

Growl! Growl!

Bark! Bark! Bark!

More Horned Dogs were running into the battlefield.

“Will this ever end,” Sai complained.

“I am Tom the Dog Beater!” Tom yelled and used his bastard sword to cut the Horned Dogs to death.

Luka and Jose were slaughtering Horned Dogs with their spears.

Other crusaders joined and fought against the Horned Dog.

A light barrier surrounded Sai.

“Take a break, I will protect you,” Slither said.

Sai sat down and started resting. Knowing full well that this war won’t end anytime soon.

Their other powerful warriors were also fighting against the Horned Dog army.

A large red female knight with heater shield with rose symbol on it was slaughtering Horned Dog excessively. Every swing of her sword cut down multiple Horned Dogs as her shield bashed incoming enemies.

A powerful mage with Ancient Magic Language that was carved on his face and skin. The man was sending waves of winds, water, earth and fire in every direction. Killing scores of Horned Dogs in the area. A book flying in the air near the man.

A maiden riding a polar bear. The polar bear bulldozes through the army of Horned Dogs as the maiden cries in joy.

Teams of adventurers were using their skills and abilities to slay Brutal Dogs, with their coordination and cooperation working seamlessly to kill the mighty beasts.

The knights were organizing themselves, forming a defensive line with spears and shields, and engaging in combat with the large packs of Horned Dogs.

Rumble! Rumble!

The very ground trembled as the monsters neared the battlefield.

A massive horde of Horned Dogs was on the horizon. It was the largest army Sai had ever witnessed in real life. He wouldn't be shocked if there were even more Horned Dogs approaching than there were people in New York City. A vast ocean of Horned Dogs was advancing towards the battlefield.

When Sai saw the immense army of Horned Dog approaching, he was preparing to flee for his life.

Rowana hovered in the sky. She releases a poisonous wave that annihilates the entire massive Horned Dog horde. The Horned Dogs' skin disintegrated, revealing the muscles, which also dissolved to expose the bones, and finally, the bones themselves melted away, leaving nothing behind but a poisonous goo.

Rowana obliterated the most massive army Sai had ever witnessed, that could have easily had hundreds of thousands of Horned Dogs.

Everyone on the battlefield stared in disbelief at Rowana.

Disregarding the stares, Rowana soared toward the Dukedom walls and started eliminating the Horned Dogs and Brutal Dogs attempting to scale it.

The lull in the battle was over.

Sai gradually rose to his feet and sprinted toward the nearest cluster of Horned Dogs, and started to throw lightning fast punches.

The battle was far from over.

----
The Mana Storm finally ended.

Sai must have been fighting for hours.

As the last Horned Dogs and Brutal Dogs were hunted down by the adventure and knights a cheer erupted all over the battlefield.

“Finally, it’s over,” Sai said as he laid on the ground. Sweat dripped from her face and his hands covered in blood.

Archbishop Ruben found Sai laying on the ground. “It is not close to being over Hero. We have reports of Demons inside the Northern Dukedom. Please go and save the people oh great Hero.”

Sai groaned as he got up. “Where's Rowana?”

“Master Rowana seems to have overloaded her body with magic. She in a state where she can’t continue,” Archbishop Ruben

Sai nodded his head.

He moved the iron gate to get into the Dukedom.

“Halt!” A guard stopped Sai. “Who are you?”

Sai hesitated a second before he said. “I am Sai, the Hero that has been summoned to this world.”

The guard ready his weapon. “The Dukedom doesn’t accept criminals.”

Multiple guards were lining up to protect the gate.

Sai could see their level. They are much weaker than him. They were even weaker than Horned Dogs he faced earlier on the battlefield. Not a single guard was above level 10.

“Move,” Sai took a step forward.

“Step back!” The Guard yelled.

“Let's be civil about this. I am offering my hand to help you out with the current crisis. Don’t you want a Hero on your side?”

A gate closed down unexpectedly, surprising Sai.

Through the iron bars of the gate Sai saw the guards displayed smug faces and chuckled while looking at him.

Sai advanced and struck the iron gate, which yielded like soft putty, creating a substantial hole with his fist emerging on the other side.

The guard’s expressions turned fearful as Sai withdrew his fist.

Sai then grasped the iron bars of the gate and prepared to force it open.

"Wait, don't!" one of the guards shouted urgently, waving his hands. "Open the gate! Open the gate! This bastard is going to destroy the gate!"

The gate was lifted upwards.

Sai stepped into the Dukedom. “You could have made it much easier if you just let me in.”

A knight drops from above and dashed toward Sai with a sword slash. Sai sent a jab at the incoming sword.

Tang! The sword broked from Sai's incredible hard fist.

The knight immediately jumped back with his shattered swords.

More knights jumped down from the wall. All them drawing their weapons.

“This is such a warm welcome,” Sai said.

“They're wasting your time, let's move on,” Slither said who was around Sai neck.

Sai was going to beat up the guards and the knights up, but something stopped before he could attack.

Sai could feel Holy Magic coursing through his hands.

“A demon must be nearby,” Sai whispered.

His hands were glowing with Holy Magic.

An Eyeball Demon was flying in the sky.

Sai knew this demon. This otherworldly creature took the form of an enormous, levitating blue eyeball. It emitted a powerful light from its pupil, which generated a destructive laser beam

The Eyeball Demon unleashed its laser upon the guard, pierced through the armor with ease and went through the guards body. The laser then abruptly changed direction by 90 degrees, striking another guard. The laser coursed through the air, altering its trajectory mid-flight, relentlessly pursuing its next intended target.

“They’re dead?” Sai said not believing what he just saw.

Sai found himself the laser's next intended victim. With a swift motion of his Holy Magic-infused hands, Sai intercepted the laser, nullifying the attack.

The knights rushed towards the Eyeball Demon in the sky.

The Eyeball Demon effortlessly cleaved through the knights, swinging its laser and bisecting them as they approached.

Sai moved with a swiftness he had never before achieved.

Sai appeared in front of the Eyeball Demon, delivering a devastating punch.

Bam!

The Eyeball Demon exploded into a mixture of white and red goo upon the impact of Sai's punch, obliterating it.

Sai had to shake his head clear. “They don’t want my help, but they sure do need it.”

Sai moved deeper into the Northern Dukedom.
