Arthur nodded quickly. "I don't know who else to ask," he admitted in a low voice as his shoulders hunched forward. Wiping away the tears that were threatening to fall from the corners of his eyes with the back of his hands, the little boy said in a meek voice, "Everyone else is either afraid of King Frederic and First Princess Iris, or that they do not care about Princess Cecile at all… I-I want to help… But I'm too weak..."

Juin thought about it. He wanted to agree, but he felt that he should think more about this. After all, what could an outsider like him do? This felt a little out of his league.

"Let's talk about it another time," Juin said with a smile. Patting Arthur's head, he the added, "I'm sure you're tired. Why don't you and Cyrus go and take a quick shower and then rest? I need to talk to my teacher and get ready for the battle tomorrow."

"Are you going to join the elimination battle?" Arthur asked upon hearing that.

Juin nodded. "It will be my first time battling on stage."

"Oh…" Arthur sat forward and looked up at Juin. His tears were completely gone, and it seemed that he was extremely excited about the incoming battle. Arthur himself had never seen it, but he heard from the others that whenever the people from the Order came to Arconis, they would be competing with each other in the royal arena.

And during the time of competition, the royal area would be open for all to enter. Even though slaves like him were not allowed to be within the arena without permission, they could still see everything clearly from the outside, as the viewing barriers would all be lifted.

"What's the nature of your power?" Arthur asked. Unlike people from Atlanteans, he heard that those from the outside world had non-water related powers.

"Erm, flames…" Juin said rather awkwardly.

Hearing that, Arthur could not help but frown slightly. "Flames… That's not good."

"Why not?"

"We are surrounded by water. Princess Cecile once told me that, even though flames still work within the city, flame-based users tend to be weakened by the water environment while water-based users would receive a boost. Of course, this included people who could manipulate ice as well."

"Oh…" Juin did not know that, but he did not show it to Arthur. By now, he was no longer surprised that Tucker failed to mention yet another thing to him. "I already knew about it, so don't worry," he lied.

He then looked at Cyrus and said, "Can you help him shower? Be careful of his leg."

Once Cyrus nodded, Juin then left the room and went to Tucker's room.

KNOCK!

KNOCK!

"Come in!" Tucker's voice could be heard a few seconds later.

After receiving permission, Juin turned the knob and walked in.

"Ah, great! You're here!" Tucker said with a smile, looking up from a magazine, "Top 10 Most Influential Women of Atlantis", from behind a desk. He waved Juin over as he said excitedly, "Come stand next to me. I need your help with something."

Looking at Tucker's enthusiastic expression, Juin could not help but raise a brow out of curiously. But in the end, after telling himself that Tucker was still his teacher, he still walked over.

When he was standing in front of the desk, Tucker signaled him to move to his side. "Here, next to him."

And when Juin was standing next to him, Tucker gave Juin the magazine and said, "Please hold this for me… Like this…"

He adjusted the magazine in Juin's hands so that it was right in front of Juin's abdomen, with the picture of Doctor Adelie on the cover of the book.

"Hmm… That woman looks good in photo, but not so much when she's angry. She's lucky that I don't really enjoy beating up women." Tucker rubbed his chin as he stared at the photo of Doctor Adelie.

"Don't really enjoy?" Juin thought absentmindedly. "So to some extent, he's capable of beating up some women?"

Just as Juin was deep in thought and lowered his guard, Tucker then said, "Juin, a test! Look up quickly and tell me what you see…"

Not suspecting anything, Juin quickly looked up.

And the moment he did, he felt a strong killing intent. Luckily, after receiving hellish physical training for so many weeks, his body had learned to move by instinct.

BAM!!!

"Argh!" Juin flew back a few meters, hitting the bookcase nearby, before falling down on one knee and getting hit by the books that fell down from the bookcase. "Ouch! Argh! Ouch!"

The magazine in his hands had crumpled and wrinkled badly, while the picture of the beautiful doctor had been marred by the "wrinkles" caused by the punch.

"F*ck…" Juin cursed as he struggled to stand by using the bookcase as support. Thank god that he moved his abdomen slightly to the side or he would have received a broken rib from that unexpected punch.

"What the heck was that for, Mr. Tucker?!" Juin asked angrily as he rubbed his bruised stomach with one hand and the back of his head with another.

"Punishment for your recklessness…" Tucker said nonchalantly as he waved a hand around. "Put the books back onto the shelf. Once you're done, come and sit down. We need to discuss something."

Juin glared at the man who had turned away from him, as if he had done nothing wrong and had merely given Juin a playful flick on the forehead. Taking a few deep breaths, Juin quickly calmed himself down before putting the fallen books onto the shelves again.

While doing so, he saw a book that had a picture of Tucker on the cover. In it, Tucker was dressed in the silk attire preferred by the male royal citizens of Arconis, which was just a pair of luxurious looking harem pants, and standing next to him, was a bearded, muscular man with a headful of white long hair and who was holding a familiar trident on one hand and a grinning little girl on his other hand.

Turning around, and seemingly forgotten about the punch earlier, Juin asked in curiosity, "Is this Princess Cecile?"

Tucker glanced over at him briefly before nodding. "Yeah, that's the princess. And I didn't ask you to look at the books. Put them back on the shelf and come sit down."
