After that talk with Tucker, Juin went back to his room. By then, Cyrus and Arthur had already fallen asleep on Cyrus' bed, so Juin quickly and quietly went to take a shower before laying down on his own bed.

Despite all the thoughts in his mind, he quickly fell asleep, as if being in a different environment was tiring him out.

Soon, he was in this Soul Dimension, sitting cross-legged on the floor with a frown on his face.

"Being a hero is harder than I thought…" he mumbled while looking at Lucifer, who was meditating in front of him.

"That's why it's easier to be a tyrant…" Lucifer said, standing up all of a sudden. "How are you feeling today?"

"Good, why?"

"Great!" Lucifer grinned, somewhat evilly, as he said, "Time to practice…"

"But elimination the battle starts tomorrow! I should rest!"

"You can rest when you're dead," Lucifer said, sending a fireball toward Juin, causing the latter to jump up into midair.

Annoyed, Juin quickly got onto an offensive position as the two trained in his Soul Dimension.

A few hours later, everyone was walking toward the palace, where they were supposed to greet the king who had just come back from his trip a few hours ago.

Everyone was dressed in their best clothes. Tucker even bought Juin and Cyrus proper black suits for tonight's event so that they would not embarrass him. Of course, he had to bribe Cyrus into wearing them with a bag full of candies, but in the end, everything worked out.

Even little Arthur was dressed up as well, despite being uncomfortable. Tucker had bought extra suits in case Cyrus was being extremely difficult. With a bit of tailoring work, which surprised his student, he managed to get the coat down to Arthur's size.

While on the way to the palace, Juin felt embarrassed. The Order was here as the king's guests, and as such, just the official walk from their accommodation to the palace was turned into a huge event.

Lights that pulsed and changed colors every second lit up the underwater sea, which had turned a few shades darker, as if it were a land above sea level. A school of Seven-Colored Fish swam past the barrier and into the city with the unique atmosphere, and as they swam, multi-colored lights could be seen glowing softly on their bodies, as if they were a representation of the people of Atlantis.

It was a unique view, and the kids who were here for the first time could not keep their excitement in check as they tried to catch the occasional stray fish, causing a lot of hushed scoldings from either their parents or teachers.

It was a weird scenery.

"That fish is sort of a symbol of unity here in Arconis…" Tucker explained to Cyrus and Juin as he pushed their heads down so that they looked in front instead of up. "Which is kind of a joke, given how things have become…"

The two boys exchanged glances but did not say anything. Tucker tended to talk a lot more when he was with them than when he was with the other a.d.u.l.ts.

Juin continued to observe their surroundings.

All the Arconis citizens were kept at two sides of the path by the half-n.a.k.e.d Atlantean guards, and lining the sides of the path toward the palace was red clams the size of an a.d.u.l.t's palm. In each of the clam, there was a bright glowing white pearl, which served to further illuminate the path for the visitors.

Yet oddly, despite it getting louder, it still gave everyone a sense of comfort.

Looking at the happy citizens who were looking at them, and at a young child who was dancing by bouncing up and down to the rhythm, Juin could not help but smile a little. He then glanced back at Arthur, who was talking to Lann, and he could not help but wonder if Arthur had danced like that ever since his brother passed away.

Perhaps it was because of the pill that Tucker gave him, or perhaps because the operation, as well as the medicine that Doctor Adelie had given Arthur worked well, but it looked to them that Arthur might be fully healed by a few days time.

"I wonder if that princess would be there," Cyrus suddenly whispered to Juin before glancing back at Arthur. He then looked back at Juin and said, "The injured one…"

"I think she will," Juin replied in a low voice. "She's a princess, so I'm sure she has assess to better medical treatment than anyone else. And she did not get badly injured anyway, only a great deficit of her soul power reserve. A good rest would be enough to replenish her soul power reserve to a level where she could continue to function normally. As long as she does not go around looking for a fight with the First Princess Iris, she would be fine…"

Stretching his arms, Juin then added, "Besides, that crown prince seemed to be quite caring toward her, so he would make sure that whatever injury she sustained could be healed quickly."

He then glanced at Cyrus. "Why are you worried about that princess? You have only seen her once."

"She's pretty," Cyrus said with a nonchalant shrug. "I like pretty girls…"

Hearing that, one of Juin's eyebrows involuntarily raised itself as he looked at the boy, who might be older than him in age but still looked like a little boy, and after a moment of hesitation, he asked, "If a gorgeous lady… say, Doctor Adelie, and I fight… Would you save me?"

Cyrus looked up at Juin, and with a mischievous smile, he said, "You're my first friend on Earth… Of course you're important to me…"

Juin almost sighed in relief when Cyrus continued, "But when it comes to pretty big sisters, you're on your own."

With that, Cyrus walked on ahead with the grin growing wider on his face, leaving Juin dumbfounded.

"Hey!" Juin called out, chasing after him. "I know you're 'young', but we still need to teach you what 'bros before girls' means!"
