"What is wrong with him now…" Juin thought to himself as he rolled his eyes, ignoring Luca completely. He then looked at the king and asked respectfully, "About what Luca was saying earlier… Your Majesty, is it possible to have a sparring contest with Crown Prince Renaud?"

Suddenly, Lucifer's voice rang in his mind. "What are you doing?"

However, since they were in public, Juin was unable to answer him. Instead, he looked at the king and said, "I'm new in the Order, and this is my first time in a completely different world. There are still a lot of things that I don't know about the supernatural worlds. It would be great if I can learn a thing or two from His Royal Highness…"

King Frederic nodded. "Agreed… Alright then, I'll set up a sparring session for you guys and my son… But of course, I can't just let him spar with everyone…"

He thought about it for a while before looking at President Presley. "Why don't we make it a winners-only sparring event?"

"Winners only?" Presley nodded. "Yes, we can do so. Let's see… The top 3 against His Royal Highness…"

He smiled at the king and asked, "I'm sure His Royal Highness can deal with 3 of my kids at the same time, right?"

"Well, your kids are quite tough… But it would be fun. I'm curious to see how my son would do in a battle against your people. Alright!" The king clapped his hands together and nodded. "Let's do this!"

He then walked away with Presley as they continued to talk with the other young members of the Order.

"He's a pretty gracious host… Not exactly like what Arthur--" Before Cyrus could finish his words, Juin had stuffed his mouth with a lobster claw.

"There are ears everywhere… Be careful of what you say…"

Cyrus quickly glanced around before nodding. Even though there might be a ward that could prevent one from listening in onto the conversation at another table, they could not tell if there was a stronger ward that could override it...

After a while, Juin stood up and stretched slightly. He then glanced down at Cyrus and said, "I ate too much, so I'm going to go take a walk… Can you stay here by yourself? Or do you want to go with me?"

Based on the mountain of plates in front of Cyrus, he already knew the answer. Hence, by the time Cyrus answered, "I'm not full yet", Juin had already turned around and was walking toward the door.

After asking the guards at the door where he could take a walk, he was directed toward some of the gardens in the palace, which were open to guests.

"Perhaps you would like to go to the Moon Pavilion. Based on experiences, those who live on land usually prefer the Moon Pavilion," said one of the guards as he pointed toward an opened gate. His markings glowed in green every few seconds.

His teammate, who had yellow markings, nodded. "Yeah, that's the most popular pavilion in the palace. And I heard that they have a full moon tonight, so it would be nice to take a walk there."

"Ah, can one of you please take me there then?" Juin asked since he did not think that he would be allowed to walk around by himself. "Unless, of course, I can go by myself?"

The guard with the green markings glanced at his teammate. When his teammate nodded, the guard then said, "Alright, my shift is ending shortly. I can take you there, sir."

He then took Juin to the Moon Pavilion. Along the way, whenever Juin saw something that fascinated him, such as some unique flowers or small creatures, they would take a break for him to take a look at them.

While on the way, Juin asked about the markings on his body, which pulsated in green occasionally, "Does it bother you to have green markings?"

He noticed that most of the guards had either green or blue markings. But during the banquet, Juin saw some of the guards with orange markings, and those guards seemed to be respected by others, nobles even, even though they were wearing the same uniforms as the rest.

When he asked, Maris explained to him that those guards were future knights of the country, and knights were given the same rank as the extended family members of the king. Hence, even though they were only normal guards for now, they were treated with more respect.

The guard hesitated for a while before smiling. "No, not really. This is just my fate…"

Juin nodded. "If you don't mind me asking, what's your dream?"

"No!" the guard answered rather abruptly. He then felt abashed by his action. Scratching the back of his head awkwardly, he said in a small voice, "I wanted to be a knight… but…"

Looking at the markings on his arms, which were glowing brightly, he then sighed and said, "By law…"

Stopping himself in time, he smiled at Juin. "I'm lucky enough to be born with green markings. At least, this means that I can work as a royal guard. If I'm good enough, I can even be promoted into a head guard and can be given a team of my to lead."

Yet his voice was filled with a tint of sadness as he said so.

Desperate to change the topic of conversation, the guard looked around, and when he saw something, he quickly signaled Juin to follow him.

"See that bug there, sir?" the guard asked as he pointed at a ladybug-like bug, except that this bug was multi-colored and had eyes on the middle of its abdomen, that was on a tree trunk. "This is the Seven-Colored Ladybug. Most of the days, it would have seven colors on its body, but once every month, for only a few hours, it would only have one color."

He picked up the bug and placed it on his palm so that Juin could take a closer look.

The guard smiled as he continued, "Usually, the single color would be one of the colors of rainbows, but on rare occasions, and I have only heard it from others, it would turn into the most beautiful golden color."

"Is there any significance to that?" Juin asked as he reached out a finger to touch the bug, only to have it move back from its original position. He then pulled back his finger and smiled before looking at the guard. "Are there any meanings to the colors of these ladybugs?"

The guard nodded before slowly putting the bug back on the tree. "Some traditional healers believe that if you eat a Seven-Colored Ladybug when it is in a single-color mode, you can improve your health… Different colors would have different effects."

Hearing that, Juin had to force himself not to make a disgusted expression. He quickly shook his head to get the idea of eating a bug out of his head before asking, "What about the golden ones then?"

"Oh!" The guard became excited and said, "No one would kill a golden Seven-Colored Ladybug, if they can even find one. It's sort of a lucky charm, and I heard that its rarity is just slightly higher than the appearance of a portal. When one sees a golden Seven-Colored Ladybug, he or she can be sure that luck is about to arrive."
