"Thank you Lady Melissa, but because of that, it had shaped me to who I am today, and I am proud of who I am, even though I didn't like the brothel or any experiences in that, it is a part of me and it shaped me to become the person I am right now."

Justin said, feeling proud of who he was now.

"Well, I can't disagree with you on that one, the past events, whether we dislike or not, have made us into the persons we are today."

Lady Melissa said, giving Justin a smile.

"We were allowed to live in the brothel for the first few years of me and my sister's childhood, we were kicked out though, when I was five and my sister was three, we were kicked out because a client didn't like the fact that there were children in front of the brothel, which was us at the time, something about feeling guilty about cheating on his wife at home."

Justin said, explaining to Lady Melissa how he had been kicked out.

"Though me and my sister were outside of the brothel at that time so I'm not even sure if I can say that we were kicked out."

Justin said, wondering what the appropriate word for it would be.

"Ever since that day, me and my sister would stay on the streets, trying to get money to buy food, and even digging through trash cans to try and get through the day."

Justin said, telling Lady Melissa how he and his sister had managed to survive in the streets.

"That was how the both of us had survived, I'm pretty sure you already know about my sister given you read my file."

Justin said to Lady Melissa.

"Yes, I'm sorry for what happened to your sister, both you and she didn't deserve that, especially after what had happened to the both of you."

Lady Melissa said, feeling grateful that Justin trusted Lady Melissa enough to share his story with her.

She knew how scary that could be, especially when you weren't sure of what the other person's reaction would be.

"I think you and your sister are really strong to have gone through that."

Lady Melissa said, hoping that her words were some sort of comfort to Justin even though he had told her that he had moved on from the past.

Even if a person had moved on from the past, the memories and the pain from the past would never be able to be erased no matter what.

Lady Melissa knew better than anyone, after all one could always forgive someone, but forgetting was a whole different story.

The pain and the memories would never be able to be forgotten no matter how much a person would try to forget.

"Yeah, my sister was really strong."

Justin said, smiling to himself, he knew that wherever his sister was, she would be happier than she had been before.

And maybe one day, he would be joining her, by her side as the both of them would discuss all sorts of silly topics.

Unfortunately for him, or fortunately that day wasn't today, and neither would it be tomorrow or next week.

He'd just have to wait for death to be knocking on his door, and then finally he'd be able to meet his sister and be at peace.

"We're done, wow that was quicker than i thought."

Lady Melissa said, feeling as if the jogging had been a lot quicker than she thought.

Perhaps it was because she was too immersed with Justin's past that she hadn't paid much attention to jogging, though she of course still jogged.

"I agree."

Justin said, as Lady Melissa let out a small smile, Justin was back at his old nature, quiet, reserved and calm.

Lady Melissa decided that she'd continue her exercises later as her stomach rumbled, although being hungry and eating breakfast at 5 A.M. wasn't the most ideal idea of Lady Melissa's it was far from the worst idea that Lady Melissa had ever had or managed to think of.

Justin followed Lady Melissa, as Lady Melissa realized that she had never thought of Justin eating.

"Justin, when do you eat?"

Lady Melissa curiously asked, wondering at what times he ate, given the fact that he went to sleep immediately after investigating.

"I don't eat long and I just usually eat whatever food the chef has remaining, that way I don't spend too much time eating. I eat before I continue to guard you in the early mornings."

Justin said, telling Lady Melissa that he ate the leftovers of whatever the chef had cooked that day or the day before.

"Does the chef know you eat the kitchen's leftovers?"

Lady Melissa asked, wondering if the chef knew about Justin stealing the kitchen's leftovers.

"I hope so, or else I would've been stealing from the chef, and the kitchen this entire time."

Justin said, as Lady Melissa laughed a bit, before she quickly regained her composure.

Lady Melissa quickly ordered a salad for breakfast, along with some cold milk to start the day.

Although the last time Lady Melissa had drank milk, she had sworn not to drink any more milk after, promises were meant to be broken right?

Besides, Lady Melissa wasn't planning to be sleeping anytime soon, and caffeine was enough for her to get through her day.

Admittedly, Lady Melissa felt a little guilty for breaking her own vow, hence she ordered cold milk instead of warm milk.

It didn't make much of a difference, but hey it was still a difference, even though it's temperature didn't make much of an impact.

And Lady Melissa had missed the feeling of milk, especially the after effects of milk after she would drink it.

Lady Melissa wasn't going to drink milk everyday, so breaking her vow wouldn't hurt her that much right?

It was just a vow regarding milk anyways, what was going to happen to her if she broke the vow?

It wasn't as if there were suddenly going to be cows dropping from the sky, and one of them landing on Lady Melissa.

Nor would the queen suddenly barge into the Shayla estate and demand Lady Melissa to stop drinking milk.
