This S.O.B. System - Chapter 186

Eventually escaping from the girls Asher kept an eye on them for a little bit. They were quickly back to finding more monsters. Since it had been some time between his last real fights Asher double checked his gear. 

After discussing with the girls they agreed to let him handle the experience distribution from Share the Love. It was now set at:

Joon and Tiff  were a higher level than the 3,000 year old Lyola, and with her being pregnant she didn’t have a chance to level. Zora was still the lowest level, but he had all the confidence she could catch up. Tiff and Joon wanted a % just because it was a good notification he was still alive and fighting. 

Asher was covered in rings, necklaces, and bracelets. He was tempted to wear his new Champion Armor, but honestly he felt the most confident in his Guts Armor. He might change that if he ran into a boss. Of course the most important items were his newest. 

The dwarf Kaseran had finished all of their new items the other day. His new Slayer Sword looked exactly like the Guts’ Sword. Black steel tapered off to a gray color at the edges. The hilt was the biggest change; it was rectangular that was cast into the sword steel. The handle was a thick steel bar instead of a pipe, and at the base of the grip there was a thick cube. Kaseran had wanted to name it the Inviolable sword, but that was too annoying to say, so he shortened Dragon Slayer. Skilled craftsmen had accessories to name items for ID, and it was a simple change. 

The grip was wrapped in a rough cloth. He planned to get used to it first, then maybe the new armor. His last favorite items came from the Monster Pet Shop. 

He didn’t want to try it yet because he didn’t know when he would get back to Earth, but he did plan to keep his eye out. There may be some cool monster that Daphne would like to form a spirit of. He had paid 300 Syscos each. He had all the confidence that some people would love to make a business out of catching monsters. Who wouldn’t mind catching them and bringing them to a low level Hunter System to train, or help people get experience? After testing it he planned to buy as many as possible before leaving Prime. 

Ready to go, Asher checked on the girls one more time with Mana Sense. They had found another group of Roos. They were a little stronger, but Zora was more than enough to tank a few at a time. Comms were an option so if they did have an issue it wouldn’t be hard to get back. He checked his status screen before heading out. 

He had been averaging almost 10,000 experience a day through sex. With all the girls, different species, fivesome and reverse gangbang multipliers he was doing fairly well. Their fur matched well with the rockface. Camouflaged from monsters they were easy to see with Mana Sense. The males had 4 large horns that curled over their bodies to mid-back. Their fur was thick and made them look extra puffy. He did the math and he would get about 10,000 XP each. He only needed about 30 to level. There just so happened to be about that many males.

The goats were stronger than he expected. They didn’t have any Elemental Mana like in his Trials, but they were able to climb up cliffs that were more than a little hard for him. They could jump up cliff faces with a single leap and didn’t mind splitting up. The cliffs were hundreds of feet high, and the goats were strong enough to make it from ground to top in a single leap.

It took him a few hours to track them all down. This was the trouble with leveling. Getting ahold of the monsters. The goats weren’t terribly bad when he was close. His real problem was getting that close. His new sword wooshed through the air easily. Asher could feel the difference in strength. So far everything he tried to cut with his hunk of steel went through like butter. 

In between killing them he ran into a few large mountain pythons. They attacked him from hidden alcoves in the cliff faces. 

After the goats and snakes he ran into a horde of huge hyenas. They traveled in a massive pack that had to be in the hundreds. Their paws had opposable thumbs, and they didn’t laugh eerily but honked like geese. Either way they were very enjoyable to kill. 

They ran at him in waves. With a range of levels of 40 to 48 he guessed they were the apex predators of the area. Their numbers were so large they could destroy an ecosystem as they roamed over the cliffs and valleys like Buffalo. 

They were about 5 feet tall on all 4s so Asher went through them one at a time. Used to fighting for days it only took a few hits to kill 1 hyena. When they wised up and tried to ignore him he chased after them. There was no giant boss, but groups of alpha hyenas at the edges. 

Focusing on those groups the stampede of hyenas scattered in all directions. He hadn’t thought of that consequence to killing the leaders. As he was chasing one group he read through his notifications. 

He had received a new skill and it sounded pretty interesting. It wasn’t the clone skill Asher was training for, but still. He was more than a little excited to try it out. If he focused he could make anyone cum for dozens of seconds at a time before they passed out. What would happen if he used the skill and let it build up? 

Looking at the time it was getting close to dark. The girls hadn’t called yet. Asher planned to meet up with them after a last group of hyenas but was stopped as he heard the rumbling.

Hyenas were lying dead or dying around a huge hole in the ground. At least 40 feet wide Asher could feel whatever had attacked the monsters was already back below him. 

Making quick work of disappearing the monster corpses he stared down the large hole. Caught between his want to have sex all night or gain levels he chose the latter. They only had another day in the dungeon and it would be another 20 days till they could go to another. 

Taking a deep breath he jumped in the gaping hole in the ground. Asher fell for 5 whole seconds before landing on some loose soil. He had dropped at least 300 feet. The area was too dark to see. Asher pulled out a Mana Light that illuminated the area in front of him in a beam. Of course it worked on ambient mana as most everything did. He could use Holy Mana to light up his way, but it was better to save MP for now.

The tunnel was 40 feet in diameter and went off in 2 separate directions. Asher sent a text message to the girls in their group chat that he may be late. He guessed that the text went through despite being so far underground. 

Picking a random direction he turned off his Mana Light and ran. Utilizing Mana Sense he was able to feel the difference in mana of the open tunnel versus the rock around him. 

Unable to jump he focused mana in his legs and arms. Running with long strides he closed his eyes. This was a great opportunity to train Mana Sense. There were a few small burrowing creatures in the tunnel, but nothing over level 15. He wanted the big prize. Boss monsters were always worth looking into. Not only for the Mana Hearts, but the money their hides and parts brought in. Asher was also curious about what it looked like. He pictured a giant sand worm from Dune. The hole was circular and wide, it would be interesting to see. 

Unsure how long he ran the cavern raised, lowered, and split off into others. There were minor scratches in the walls that he attributed to large claws. So far he was moving his mental image from a giant worm to a giant mole. Eventually he came across another hole to the surface. It was dark outside by then but mana became thicker as he approached. Giving up on the boss for now he approached the hole. 

About to jump up through it he was stopped by a beeping noise. At the center of the hole was a small device. Maybe 4 feet in diameter the spherical metal figure had spikes sticking out of it. 

The interesting thing was mana was sucked into it. Asher had thought the increase in mana was from the surface but the spiky figure was actually sucking mana into it at an increased rate. Asher used ID. 

Mana Bomb

Asher had never heard of that before. On instinct he tried to put it in his ring since it was Timeless but the Bomb wouldn’t budge. Having seen too many movies and with no timer on the bomb Asher immediately coated his body in Manifested Physical Mana. It didn’t take long until he felt the blast wave. Like a freight train the mana exploded from below into him. Everything turned white as the only sound he could hear were his bones breaking.
