"«Slayers»? Brother Ren's next drama!"
Xiao Rin's eyes shook when he heard that and her voice became high pitched. The other actors and staff looked at her with strange eyes when they heard her sudden outburst.
But she ignored it and focused on Chief Han's next words.
"Yeah, it is the same drama that Ren is filming currently, directed by Director Chen Pu and produced by Wheel works production."
"But isn't the shooting going to finish soon?"
Xiao Rin asked as she tilted her head.
From what she knows, the shooting of «Slayers» was on its end and just because of that, she hadn't even seen Ren for so long.
He was not in Beijing and was shooting in Hongdian. It was not like she could just fly over to Hongdian to meet him either as her status was different now and there were paparazzi lurking around her.
She didn't care about them, but she didn't want to trouble Ren with it. In the end, she can just endure until Ren finishes the shooting and comes back to Beijing.
"The main shooting is going to finish soon, but they are actually planning to shoot a special episode, fixated on the backstory of Cao Xu."
"Isn't Cao Xu the character Brother Ren is playing?"
"Yeah, it is. Wheel works production are currently looking for actors to play some characters in that special episode and they want you to play a major role."

She had missed talking with Ren, but more than that, she had missed practicing scenes and acting with him.

«Death school» was the movie she was currently shooting for. It was a horror thriller with a strong female character and «Eternal sunshine» was a romance mini drama.
She would start the shooting for it in just 10 days. In between that, she has photoshoots for magazines and interviews.
Her schedule was really packed!
'What should I do here?'
Xiao Rin thought about it carefully.
She wanted to become one of the best actresses in the whole Asia quickly.
She wanted to rise to the point where no one would be able to tell her to not do anything or snatch the things that were hers.
That was the only reason she had taken so many projects, but now, it was stopping her from acting with Ren.

Ren said as he looked around the huge set. There were people moving around everywhere. He had never seen this many people on a set before.
Moreover, most were carrying swords and spears.
"There would be way more people after the editing and stuff, but it sure looks magnanimous."
Hou Qian said while smoking a cigarette. It was the first time Ren had seen him smoking, so he couldn't help himself from saying.
"I never knew you smoke."
"I don't smoke often, but I always smoke before the shooting of the final scene. It has become a habit now. You can say it eases me a lot."

"You are feeling nervous?"

"Actors are humans too and heavenly kings are the same. We get accustomed to things, but feeling nervous is normal. And aren't you also nervous?"
