Another round of frosting, then another layer of cake and more frosting. Finally, we add the last layer and I cover the entire cake in frosting, including the sides. Most of the frosting goes on the upper layer, then I add coconut shredding with my hands all over the cake. Chill it for thirty minutes and you are ready to enjoy."
