"Why did you suddenly want to meet up and chat?" Amber asked while grumbling.

She had just se Ashton off as he will be returning to Celestial today. She was not yet in the mood to be interacting with anyone, but Jake has just to call her on the same day.

A call somehow she couldn't reject.

"Relax, I just want to chat with all of you young ones," Jake said with a smile while preparing a few cups.

She sat down and made herself some coffee.

It was already half finished when Alissa and Timothy arrived. They met each other at the entrance of the company.

Alissa was given the month before becoming a full time worker at his company. She would finish all the shows that were signed for her and she can finally truly retire.

Amber looked at Jake with confusion, her intuition tells her that something that is neither good nor bad, would happen today.

Jake just smiled at her before all of them settled down.

Their conversation started light and from time to time they would even laugh.

But somehow, their topic went to their parents. And when it reached this point, Amber turned completely silent. She can already tell what Jake is planning.

'I guess he already got tired of watching me do all these things, acting as if there's nothing when there was something,' she thought as she sip from her cup.

"I apologize for actually asking about them but basing it from your story, they must be a very very loving parents," Jake said upon hearing the stories of Alissa's parents, who have died years ago in an accident.

At first when Jake asked it, she was baffled for she already told all of them about it but soon realized the real reason behind the meet up today.

She glanced at Amber and found her staring at her cup while being quiet.

Jake looked at Timothy," I have been meaning to ask this for a while now."

Timothy looked at him, he too had been silently listening since the start of talk about parents.

"Being a part of the Price Empire. Is there a chance that you have heard or know about someone named Sarah Price?"

Amber's grip on the cup tightened, she never tried to dig too deep about this topic with them.

Timothy, on the other hand, clenched his jaw and his hands were clenched into fists, "Why the sudden curiosity?"

"Oh well, I actually knew of her. I am her godmother and last time we met, she left for Celestial country in order to be with Nathan Price. She was such a sweet young lady back then."

Jake France was genuinely smiling happily as he remember Sarah.

Timothy looked away, "Sweet?"

His voice was sarcastic. This had become a normal reaction for him and Xander whenever someone talks about their parents.

Being some abandoned children, their hatred was deeply rooted in their hearts.

Jake looked at him with a shock look, "You do know her. But… why do you hate her so?"

Timothy looked straight in his eyes, "Know her? Of course I do, we were abandoned by them after all."

Jake had the look of shock, if Alissa could react she would say that he was a good actor.

"Don't you want to know where they are then?" Jake asked.

"Why? What for? I wouldn't even care if they were dead somewhere already."

Jake was completely taken a back, seeing the hatred that Timothy shows, he couldn't help but to glance at Amber.

She remained staring at her cup as if it was the most entertaining thing to look at right now.

But her hands were gripping it even tighter as if she was ready to break it into pieces.

She had the urge to stand up and hit him hard but she couldn't. She feels that she has no right, for their hatred was justifiable.

Timothy stood up, "I have something that I have to do. I should probably take my leave now."

"I never thought you are such a child, Timothy," Amber suddenly spoke up.

Her eyes didn't show whether she was mocking him or not, it was almost blank.

Timothy's face instantly darkened upon hearing this, his eyes turned sharp.

"I never thought you were actually an insensitive person, Amber," he then said with anger in his voice and eyes.

Amber stood up, "Abandoned, abandoned, abandoned. You keep saying you were abandoned when you can't even give us the reason why."

"What's the point of knowing? They left us behind and that's just it."

'Ah, please, please let them rest already," she thought as she smirked.

"Indeed you were left behind, but why? And why must they only bring your sister?"

His face darkened even more upon the mention of his sister, Nathalie.

"Leave my sister out of this," he said in between gritted teeth.

Amber laughed, "Aaaahhhh brotherly love, weren't you aware? That you were abandoned because of her?"

'Please just hate me instead. Just hate your sister instead, I'd willingly accept all your anger,' she added in her mind.

Jake and Alissa stared at her, why must she suddenly say all of these?

"What do you know?" Timothy snarled his blood started boiling.

"Have you forgotten my other identity?"

Timothy didn't speak. She was the pianist, she can get any information she wants as long as it is recorded.

"I heard she was sickly as a child," Amber added afterwards.

He just stared at her, Nathalie was a sickly young girl and it always pained him and Xander whenever she cries out in pain.

"That is why you were left behind because of her. Aren't you getting mad or hating the wrong people? She was the reason, the sole reason," her tone was that of mocking them for hating their parents.

"Shut up!! Just because you saw the records doesn't mean you know everything," Timothy said angrily with his eyes showing that same intensity of anger as his tone.

"Look whos talking, a reason was right in front of you, yet here you are hating and hating as if it is your only line to keep on living in this world."

Her eyes shifted upon seeing the stunned look in Timothy's eyes. Before anyone could speak again, he stormed out of the office.

"Ah how cruel, they could have lived for themselves, yet they choose to live in hatred, they choose to improve for hatred," she sat down tiredly as she said this.

"Amber," Jake called to her.

She smiled at him, "It is fine, I know you wanted what's good for me, it's just it didn't go the way you wanted t to."

Alissa held her hands, "He didn't hate you."

Amber held her hands back, "I thought that would make me happy. But it's even sadder, knowing that they hate our parents, not allowing them to actually rest."

All she wanted was for their parents to finally rest in peace. But her brothers' hatred wouldn't truly allow them to do so.

Alissa knew asking her if she was okay would be insensitive but she didn't know what else to do either.

Amber feeling the way they look at her, smiled, "Geez, I can't always get hurt over the same things. I would surely be affected but I won't keep getting depressed."

"We can only keep facing it and keep living our lives. How it unfolds? We can just look forward to it but we can't entirely let it flow on its own," she even shrugged as she finishes her sentence.

Alissa and Jake smiled.

She truly is a very mature person. She would get hurt and would sometimes cry like a child because of it but instead of plainly hating, she would accept them.

She would integrate them in her daily life allowing her to grow even more.

"I thank you for your thought though aunt Jacqueline. Too bad he is still very much close-minded about it," Amber said looking at him with an understanding smile.

"As long as you are fine, then it is alright," was his answer.

The plane just landed when Ashton received a call from Alissa.

"Hello? Uhmm… is there a way for me…"

He listened intently to whatever it is that she's saying before he agreed.

"Do you think it will be fine?" Alissa asked after getting his approval.

"I think, it is already time as well," was his answer as he handed Cedric his luggage.

"I see, then I shall await for it then" Alissa replied bidding him goodbye.

"I have a task for you," Ashton said to Cedric who was now driving them back to his house.

"Anything that I can do," Cedric replied.

"Don't worry it is not so big, you'll just send something to Kuiper country."

"I understand sir," was his respectful reply.

After this Ashton looked outside the window.

~" I didn't ask Amber about this, nor I discussed it with her but I think it is time for Timothy to know who she truly is. What happened today made me and aunt Jacqueline realize that there is no more point in hiding her identity."~

~"We already knew that they are not attached to the Price Empire, letting them know, she would have more companions in this journey of hers."~

He didn't bother stopping Alissa, the way she and Jake France think was for Amber and he couldn't see anything wrong about it.
