Zhang Jian tilted his head, "Shouldn't you ask Chu Jingyi and Duan Huiling about this instead of me? I think they're better people to ask about it." Chu Jingyi and Duan Huiling were in the entertainment industry for far longer than him.

Chu Jingyi and Duan Huiling had been in the company for a long time, so their perspective might've been skewed. What's more,
Chu Jingyi had a savior-saver relationship with Lu Chen, while Duan Huiling was a boss-employee relationship.
Zhang Jian and him were friends for a long time. He openly said everything to him.
Hearing that, Zhang Jian sighed. He admitted, "It's too little."
"Hmm? Little? You mean the company?"
Zhang Jian shook his head, "No, the company itself is big enough. The thing I'm talking about is the people."
"The people?"
"The only two people who could make money for the company are me and senior Chu. And that's about it. There really isn't anyone besides us." Zhang Jian said calmly.
I see. Lu Chen thought about it; what he said made sense. The only two who really brought value to the company were Chu Jingyi and Zhang Jian.

"So we need to recruit more people?"

"Are you making this up?!" Talented people weren't something you get like picking fruit from a tree!
Lu Chen shook his head, "No, I"m not making this up. Right now, I have someone who would be perfect for the company. But I need to think about the others."
