But Huang Muyang and Bai Geming were a no go!
Who were these people? One was the head, while the other was the previous head of two major corporations! And these guys didn't even use their personal accounts.
They used their company's media page to like it!
It might've been worse if they had used their personal account. Lu Chen thought.
"Young master, are we going to be alright?" Kang Shuchun asked.
But nothing needed to be said about what happened afterward. Because of how two major companies liked it, Chu Jingyi and ARCS were placed in the limelight.
They were in the limelight before. But instead of a few lights shining down on them, hundreds of lights were blasting down on them!
"I think it should be alright." Lu Chen said. Being the center of attention was fine. But too much wouldn't be good.
"But why did they even like it?" Gong Changming was confused.
"Didn't they come here a couple of days ago?" Duan Huiling remembered the two elders coming to ARCS. Lu Chen nodded,
"They did come here. But I doubt that's enough for them to do this." They were negotiating the entire time. He added,
"Whatever the case, you guys don't need to worry about it too much. It just means there will be more focus on us." There was no point in dwelling on it too much. Lu Chen turned to Chu Jingyi,
"You just need to rise to everyone's expectations."
"Understood! I will go practice!" Chu Jingyi said and walked out.
Lu Chen turned to Duan Huiling, "Huiling, I want you to increase the funds used to promote Chu Jingyi."
"Understood." Duan Huiling said as she left the office too.
He turned to Zhang Jian and Gong Changming, "Zhang Jian, you'll be going on a couple of shows these next few days, so rest up. Gong Changming, watch over Chu Jingyi. Make sure he doesn't overdo it."
"Gotcha!" "Don't worry, CEO. I will keep senior healthy."
Lu Chen sighed. Kang Shuchun brought a cup of tea in front of him,
"Please drink some and relax, young master."
"Thank you." These next few days are going to be hectic. He knew there would be a lot of things they would have to do.
I hope nothing bad happens. Lu Chen hoped.

"Why did you call us here, Zhou Hai?" One of the board members asked.
"There's something important we need to discuss." Zhou Hai said with a cold expression.
"And what is this important topic?" The board member said coldly. About half of the board members were unfazed by what Zhou Hai said.
Zhou Hai frowned, "It has to do with our former artist, Chu Jingyi."
"Oh? What about him?" Some board members frowned, while others were still calm about it.
"He's releasing a new album."
