Chapter 663: More Than Meets The Eye
"..." Feng Meifeng was shocked by this. But she was also curious why Kong Qingzhu would do it too.
"To be honest, I think Lu Chen wouldn't want me to do this since you have a new boyfriend. But I think we should at least resolve everyone's doubts."

"But the two of you were hugging before?" Kong Qingzhu added. She remembered clearly that the guy hugged Feng Meifeng.
"That was because he was happy I went on a blind date he matched me with." Feng Meifeng kept rejecting but gave in when she saw how Mao Qingsheng was about to burst into tears any second.
Wait a minute. Feng Meifeng paused, "How do you know my friend hugged me?"
"Because we saw the entire thing." Kong Qingzhu scratched her face as she said this.
"Are you saying that Lu Chen saw all of that?!"
"...Mmhmm." Kong Qingzhu nodded.

"He saw that." At night, Feng Meifeng sat in her bed, unable to sleep. Her thoughts were so muffled by their conversation.
But one thought was clear,
There was more than meets the eye. Feng Meifeng opened her phone. She looked at the photo of Lu Chen and Ye Meixiu kissing again. Even now, looking at it was enough to make her want to through her phone out the window.
But she couldn't do that. She was looking at it in deep thought. Remembering Kong Qingzhu's words, she started to analyze the photo. It was a few minutes, but it was enough. She realized it.
Lu Chen's eyes were wide.
Is he in shock? There was something very wrong with how he looked. It seemed that he was never expecting this.
Did he not know? And then it hit her. It was Ye Meixiu's words;
He's mine. Those two words were a warning to Feng Meifeng. That photo showed how close she was to Lu Chen. And she forgot what person Ye Meixiu was.
She was after Lu Chen. But never did she think Ye Meixiu would be this crazy for him. And she fell into her trap too.
"Dammit! I'm such an idiot!" Feng Meifeng screamed so loud that it caused Qin Shan and her other roommates to jolt. They turned and wondered what was up.
"It's nothing." Feng Meifeng shouted as she screamed in her mind at her mistake. It was hook, line, and sinker. She followed through with Ye Meixiu's plan.
She looked down at her phone. Besides the photo, she looked at the messages with Lu Chen. When Kong Qingzhu told her that Lu Chen saw it, she didn't hesitate to send him a message.
But there was no reply from him.
Of course, he wouldn't reply. Feng Meifeng could remember it. The expression Lu Chen had when she splashed water on him. And then him begging her to listen. And then slapping him in the face.
Just all of that was enough to make her curl up. It was obvious that Lu Chen wouldn't want to be with a person like that. But even if it was clear,
