Chapter 723: Mom
That caused Lu Aotian and Lu Hao to retort,
"There's no need to get a wife."
"Why are you bringing my name up?!" The two of them didn't need to be brought into this. This little brother of theirs was trying to get them into trouble.
"You guys are older than me!"
"By not a lot. You're making it seem like we're older than you by 10 years." Lu Aotian retorted. Lu Hao added, "And we're not the ones who had a girl on his bed!"
"..." Lu Xiaotong grabbed his head. You fool! How could you shout that out?!
"...What?" Lu Chen's expression changed when he heard that. Lu Hao's eyes widened as he held his mouth. Shit! I screwed up! His big mouth screwed him over?!
Lu Chen scanned everyone. Lu Xiaotong and Lu Aotian looked away from him. Zhang Wenling didn't care about her son as she continued to talk with Kang Shuchun.
Lu Chen realized something as he asked, "Did you guys peek into my room?"
"..." The silence was strong. It was a clear sign of yes!
Lu Chen's eyes twitched, "Is there no privacy?!" He couldn't help but roar out. What did they see?! That was what Lu Chen was worried about. Did they see something that shouldn't be said?
"Now, now. There's nothing to worry about. We only saw the two of you sleeping with each other. That's all we saw." Zhang Wenling smiled. But that caused Lu Chen's expression to turn black while Kang Shuchun's to blush more
Zhang Wenling explained, "We're family, so there's nothing to be embarrassed about."
"..."
Zhang Wenling continued, "I've always seen Shuchun as my daughter. It's even better now that she became my actual daughter-in-law." She was close to Kang Shuchun. She always felt they would become a family sooner or later.
And it happened right now.
"Aunty," Kang Shuchun's expression brightened even more when she heard that. But Zhang Wenling shook her head, "Don't call me Aunty anymore. How about calling me Mom instead."
"..." What is going on here?! There was something really wrong with all of this. Do they think I did it with Kang Shuchun? Thinking about it, it seemed to be the case!
"Alright, Mom." Kang Shuchun complied and called Zhang Wenling Mom. That made Zhang Wenling smile, "I always wanted a daughter! I can get two more!"
Lu Chen turned to Lu Aotian and Lu Hao, "So when's the wedding for the two of you?" Zhang Wenling decided that there were two more.
That caused Lu Aotian and Lu Hao's expressions to turn black. F*ck! They weren't out of danger yet!
Lu Chen had no words. Those two were in their own space. But as this happened, Lu Chen felt his phone vibrate. He looked down, and his expression turned calm.
