Chapter 33: Molly

"Irene ! Irene are you there??" Molly said as she waved her hands infront of me. "Yes...Did I got distracted again?" I asked her as I laughed nervously, she sighed and nodded her head.
"OH, I am really sorry about that." I said as I smiled towards her.
"Its fine but still I wonder what goes on inside that small head of yours?" Molly asked as she looked at me with a sulky face.
"HeHe.." I just giggled she must be really angry because of my habit of daydreaming during conversation.
"Please don't be angry I promise I won't be distracted anymore!" I said as I smiled towards her.
"Really~" She said sarcastically, "Yes Really!!" I said as I holded her hands.
"Okay then! You better do as you say." Molly said as she looked at me.
"Yes Ma'am!" I said as I saluted towards her. She laughed her heart out as she looked at me.
"You surely know how to act." She said in between her laugh.
"Well you can that I really admire the knights, they are so cool!! I even thought of being one as a kid." I said enthusiastically. While I am not joking about the fact of being a knight I really thought of becoming one since it so cool but when I once took the swordmanship lesson with Ash I knew in a instant being a knight is impossible for me. I still remembered how much sore and painful my body felt after all that training. That I gave up my fantasy right there.
"....That's really surprising...." Molly said with a amazed expression in her face, OH right! Molly wants to become a knight too and she really worked hard to become one but it was all in vain... In the end she killed herself by her own hands...Its so ironic the smiling and brave Molly infront of me who dreams of becoming the first female knight kills herself due to domestic violence...I wonder what the hell the Author was thinking while writing such a tragedy ending....but then again it wasn't just her....there are more....But why should it matter to me I can't change the storyline, I just wanted to save my family which I have already done.....now my only role in this story is to watch by the sidelines. "Irene do you really thought becoming a knight?" Molly asked me with stars in her eyes.
"Yes I did." I said as I looked at her and those eyes they are burning with passion.
"Wow!!! Really I knew you are different from the other ladies but to think that you are so open minded I am really impressed!!" Molly said as she smiled brightly.
"Molly.....don't you worry about the fact that I may badmouth you behind your back...." I said as I looked downwards.
There was a pin drop silence around us until Molly brusted out laughing.
"...I am really ....sorry....it's just that I found it....really funny!!" She said trying to control her laugh.
"Huh?" I looked at her with a confused expression.
"Irene leave badmouting me behind my back I can't even think of you badmouting me inside that tiny head of yours." She said as she smiled towards me.
"That....How...How can you be so sure of it....." I asked her, "Hmm let me think about it....maybe it's because I trust you!" Molly said happily.
Hearing that I looked at her and she was sincere about what she said, "You trust me....even thou it hasn't been long since we meet each other." I said as I looked at her.
"Irene time isn't everything when it comes to trust. I trust you because when I am around you I feel as if everything will be fine, you know that's the sensation you give out. I bet that's how the princes feel too!" She said as she smiled.
At time like this I hate myself...because I feel guilty for not helping her and them but will it really be alright if I do so...But if I don't then ...she....
"Don't think much you are like a younger sister to me, and I will always trust and protect you at all cost even if it means giving up my own life." She said as she smiled towards me.

"Then shall we leave now." She said as she rose up from her seat, "Yeah we probably should." I said as we both went towards our carriage waiting for us.
"Then see you later Irene." Molly said as she waved me goodbye.
"Yes you too!" I said as I smiled towards her, after that she turned around and went isndie her carriage and her carriage was just about to leave
"Molly Wait for a second!!" I said as I ran towards her carriage. She opened the window of her carriage and looked at me, "What is it Irene?" She asked.
"You like knights right?" I asked her. "I do!" She said with a smile.
"Then what are your thoughts about becoming one." I said as I looked at her, she was surprised to hear that.
"Irene...Are you serious about it..." She said to me a low voice.
"Yes! I truly am serious about it and I know you want to do it too. Molly I....I trust you too and I really want you to follow your dreams." I said as I smiled towards her. She looked at me for a second as her eyes became teary.
"This.....I will do as you say....Irene.." She said as a tear rolled down her eyes. And her face showed me one of her brightest smile.
"I will happy if you do so!" I said as I looked at her. Maybe doing this will create disturbances in the storyline but I just let her die like that.
No matter what happens next I am going to take the full responsibility for it.
