Bloom couldn't tell if the two were the same. What he was pretty much sure about was that this was a trap.

"Going… or not going, hmm…" he felt hesitant for a moment before deciding to be bold. "Call Natalie's house and let me speak to her face to face."

Antoan paused before he sighed, turned around and left. "Will you call her?" Bloom shouted while Antoan didn't answer. "What's wrong with him?"

Bloom waited for a few minutes before Antoan returned with another screen. "This one should be highly secured," he said before adding, "calling her should be under strict secrecy, right?"

Bloom glanced at him for a moment with a loss towards his real intentions. "Alright, just bring her on the phone," he said while adjusting his posture on his seat to be more comfortable. "Let's get the bottom of this matter," he muttered while Antoan dialed the number and only a grey screen appeared at the moment.

As he waited, a familiar face suddenly appeared in front of him. He smiled helplessly while the fake Natalie was there with a calm look over her face.

"Hi Natalie," he greeted, "sorry to disturb you on such a wonderful day."

"No problem at all," she chuckled before joking, "do you want to speak with me or with my servant?"

He laughed while thinking this Peri is simply teasing him. "How can I look at her and ignore you," he said trying to escape this situation, "and I'm calling to see if this is a real thing or a joke."

He showed her the envelope and the invitation inside. "Oh, this is indeed true," she nodded before adding, "I was informed of your coming tomorrow night. Do you want to postpone it or something? Because of what happened in the game."

His mind didn't follow her last words as he inwardly sneered. "It says here that the date is tonight," he raised the invitation card to the screen for her to see.

"Oh… wait a second," she then vanished for a couple of minutes before returning again with a similar card in her hand. "According to this schedule," she showed it to him, "tonight is Dockrey's turn and tomorrow is your turn."

"You are meeting with that arrogant bastard tonight… interesting," Bloom smirked while the face of Peri showed how much she agreed with him on that but she had to say: "Don't say this on him, he is your rival."

"The losing side of a rival, and he is a bastard too. You can't deny it, right?" Bloom laughed and she only showed funny expressions while being unable to say any single word. "In fact I was seriously thinking about coming here tonight and crashing into the party."

"This…" Peri's face showed how shocked she was, "this would cause much trouble for you."

"I bet," Bloom sneered before adding, "see you tonight."

"Wait…"

He didn't give her time to say what she had as he simply closed the screen with a flash kiss for her.

"Are you seriously thinking of doing that?" Antoan was speechless but Bloom needed something to vent his stress at and he simply chose to do it on Dockrey.

"Prepare the car," he said before adding, "we will be half an hour delayed than the hour mentioned here."

"But…" Antoan was still skeptical but Bloom's gaze made him sigh. "This is bad," he couldn't help but say, "don't say I didn't warn you."

"I know what I'm doing."

"I bet," Antoan turned to leave, "it seems good things never last."

"What are you speaking about?"

"The… resurrection thing of yours," Antoan said while walking outside, "it seems the miraculous effects of it is weaning away."

Bloom was speechless while watching Antoan's back. "I too started to feel like this a while ago," he muttered while his opinion and feeling were a bit different than what Antoan had.

He started to notice many deviations from the course of the game in his past life. "Not only the arrangement of the game events, also many new stuff appeared as well. This era of darkness for instance, I caused it but I didn't even know it would happen this way."

He sighed while opening the official forums of the game and started reading the complaints about what he caused.

His mind started to make a comparison between the state of the game in his past life and this life. "At least the game popularity will drop. Who is crazy to focus on a game that he can't play without getting killed?"

This was the only thing that made him feel quite content. "Should I stop now or keep damaging it?" he muttered while turning his gaze towards the other game capsule he had in the room. "Should I go inside and pay tribute to my old world?"

He thought about it for an entire hour and he even visited the official website and forums of his old game. "This is… quite depressing," he sighed as he had to admit the Eternal Glory game still held the advantage over his old game in everything.

"These developers… they are just a bunch of losers."

He read many threads at the forums and spotted many issues regarding his old game. These were things he couldn't help with, like the lack of dungeons and monsters, the absurd high drop rate of gears and materials that made the values of such things there depreciate.

"Even the official statements of these developers are lousy," he read a couple of answers over some public suggestions made by veteran players. The answer was always the same; everything is perfect currently for the game and there was no intention in changing anything soon.

"They are just a bunch of losers," he closed the website of his old game and returned to his current one. "In fact this game is much amusing and far better than my old one…" he was suddenly conflicted.

"Should I keep damaging the game then?" he paused here as he finally reached a conclusion after a couple of hours of deep thinking. "I'll see how they will adapt to my sudden intervention. If they did great, then I should start caring more for this game."
